Great Experience
Drove 2.5 hrs to buy a car. Karl Mizuk, our sales consultant, was very attentive to all our questions and requests. The buying process was so much shorter that the last 3 Subaru's we've purchased. When we go to buy a car for our next teen driver in 2019, we will look to Baierl Subaru and Karl to put us in the best car available for us. While making our purchase, we also dropped the wife's Legacy off at the service shop and they change the fluids, rotated the tires and was able to replace one of the front fog lights with parts they already had on hand. By the time we were finishing up our purchase, her car was coming out of service, done and ready to roll. Excellent service all around. Thank you.

Zack was GREAT!
we realize Zack was new to being a salesman but what an impressionable young man. So polite and truly seem interested in our quest to buy a new car. If he didn't have the answers to our questions he soon got us the information we needed to make our decision to buy the Forrester. Good luck Zack in your new job. Also the young man who did my orientation to my new car (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name), he was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

Always 100 % Excellent Service
I would not have my Subaru serviced or Inspected at just any inspection station. I trust my Subaru Dealer to help me keep my Subaru in tip top shape. Service Center always informs or recommends what is needed to keep my Subaru in tip top shape. Plus while I am waiting I am kept informed, and everyone is pleasant. I am happy also to have a complimentary car wash !

First Oil Change with my new 2017 Subaru
I had now appointment and it went great. I brought a book and it didn't take no time to complete the oil change and tire rotation. Even washed my car. Thx much!

New Battery
Something seemed wrong when I started my car, it was sluggish and I knew that I needed to have it checked out, so I went to Baierl Subaru where I purchased it over 3 years ago. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and tested the battery and determined that was the problem. It was replaced and done in a professional and timely way!! I always feel confident in taking my car there because the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful, and they even washed my car afterward!

30K Service Experience
All was excellent for the 30k service. At my request I had new wiper blades installed. Much to my surprise the driver's side wiper leaves a large smear when working. When I return the car I am sure the Service Department will fix this problem. They always have in the past--they always do more than requested. I really enjoy the Service experience at Baierl Subaru.

Baierl Subaru - State Inspection
As always, my service experience at Baierl Subaru was excellent! The service advisors are extremely courteous and work hard to keep you informed of the ongoing progress. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. I appreciate the detailed report on the wear items (brakes/tires/etc.) after both the state inspection and routine oil changes. These things are exceptional for such a large-volume dealership. This does not subtract from the excellent rating, but my only suggestion would be that due to the large volume of incoming vehicles at times, the "check-in" process can be somewhat chaotic. Being greeted at the car door by the next available advisor would be wonderful.
