Deals hip keeps the price fair for a quick sale. I never met my salesman (who worked well for me but couldn't be there when I needed to be) he had Zach help me who was over the top great. He was working 3 contracts and had me done in 5 minutes and while running around crazy, he still took the time to check on all of us and offer snacks, coffee and the kids playroom. Wheee it went to xxxx was the finance guy an xxx once I said I had my own finance, tried to give me xx about how they had to use their tag service and couldn't use mine. Basically they get kickback from the co who charges 400 bucks for a 39 dollar registration. Do yourself a favor and get your own financing AND pay your own taxes on the vehicle to save them from stealing your money. During the argument with the finance guy, a manager came over and was even ruder, and walked away when he was proven wrong.

Great Selection, Clean Bright Newer Facilities… Plenty

Great Selection, Clean Bright Newer Facilities… Plenty of cars new & used The issue was… The sales rep was unexperienced unprofessional and he made my deal unpleasant. During my test ride he was on a personal call 90% of time ..he couldn’t answer a simple question about car keys .. A seasoned manager took over and I bought the car..Because it was the right car , right mileage & great condition.The best part was I could stay with Ford Finance … I had 2 unpleasant interactions with their GM He didn’t understand or didn’t want to hear about how bad his rep ….represented Dana Ford. .. It’s a bad time to buy a car where ever you go.
