I thought the diagnostic charge was excessive for the circumstances (I mean it is simply reading the code). However, it was refreshing that they did an honest correction to my problem without additional charges. No add ons, no shop fees, no “we recommend this service” … bottom line is I had a better than expected experience at Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet.
