Steve Haynes was absolutely amazing going through the sales process on my Chevy. From day one, he was there through the test drives helping me find the right fit. He was patient as I was very indecisive. Salesman should take notes for Mr. Haynes his customer service is the best I have seen in a long time. When it comes time to buy a new car I know where my family will go.

I had put down a bad review, the same day that I put that review on, Ray Dennison son called me about the problem, it was about the tires on my truck, he said there would be no problems when I brought the truck back at the end of my lease, so the next day he called me again because he did some more research on my lease, he again insured me that it wont be no problems down the road, he even looked thru my lease and told me that there is insurance on wear and tear, He told me that I have this on my lease, very nice guy to deal with

He was awesome he was very patient with me and he took the time every day to look for me at perfect vehicle I will highly recommend him to all my friends and family definitely salesperson of the year

Steve Haynes and the team at Ray Dennison did it right. My buying process was about a month long. Not because there were issues, but because they agreed to find me the right vehicle. There are so many horror stories out there about how car dealers rope a customer in. try to pressure them in to a vehicle they may not want, just to make a deal. But not this dealership. They did everything exactly how I needed it done. I drove a few cars and the salesman knew I was not 100% happy with them so he suggested others. And when I still wasn't happy, he did not try to convince me to buy he promised me he would find me the right vehicle, and he sure did. When I told him that I was only interested in a Chevy brand vehicle, he did not try to sell me anything but a Chevy. Steve did NOT suggest anything that was not in my price range either. He did not try to upsale me. The finance department worked tirelessly to get me the best deal. I am very happy with how this all turned out.

I went to Ray Dennison with the intention of buying a new car, yet really had no idea what I was looking for. I was walking around the lot looking at vehicles when I was approached by Rick Wisner one of the salesman. Mr. Wisner asked me lots of questions and eventually got me into a vehicle that I absolutely loved with a price that I loved as well. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

My sales man went above an beyond to get me what I was looking for in my price range. Calls to make sure how my car is doing for me if I have had any problems.
