Josh was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to provide a detailed diagnosis of my car, covering much more than just tire life and brakes. After his work, my car is running better than it has in the past nine months! His communication was excellent, with regular updates and realistic timelines for the repairs. Excellent customer service and hospitality as always.

Excellent customer service and hospitality as always. Prices have increased a lot over the last year which is discouraging as an oil change should not cost $80 with a tire rotation.

Very satisfied with my recent purchase from Ray Dennison.

Very satisfied with my recent purchase from Ray Dennison. My sales rep Logan was a young, ambitious guy who took great care of me the minute I walked in. They gave me a very fair trade in amount on my truck and everyone was very friendly and made sure the whole process was quick and smooth!

Sales rep could not explain anything on the Volt, luckily

Sales rep could not explain anything on the Volt, luckily I had done a lot of research. Didn't feel I could look at the vehicle. Mentioned the Federal and State EV rebates that can now be signed over to the dealership for during the purchase. Sales manager said you cant do that. I looked on irs and multiple sites and this was all effective 01/01/2024. I think they need to brush up on the EV info

Vehicle maintenance

Everytime i go to the service department all my needs are met and if anything needs fixed they tell me. Shane and kevin the only 2 technicians i use at ray dennison have always taken the time to diag and repair our cars the right way the first time will definately keep returning for service.

I co-signed for a used Chevy Cruze and within 36 hours of

I co-signed for a used Chevy Cruze and within 36 hours of taking it off the lot, the engine light started flashing and it is not driveable. Make sure you get bumper to bumper warranty if you buy used here. Also this happened on a Sunday when they’re closed. Really never heard of a car dealership that’s closed on Sunday. They should at least give a loaner while they figure this out.
