Ray Dennison Has A Great Team

First of all, I would like to thank Ray Dennison Chevolet for having a great organization. My wife and I have been looking for a used Traverse for some time. Not having any luck in our area that met our needs one popped up here at Ray Dennison. I made a phone call to his dealership and received a very polite, upbeat and helpful receptionist, named Katie. I inquired about the vehicle that was online, Katie made a quick check for availability and called right back. We made an appointment, and they put the vehicle on hold for use until we got there. Once arriving, we were met by Charlie Vaccaro. What a pleasure working with this gentleman. We had a great experience buying this car from Charlie. Made sure everything about this unit was explained. Very through, very accommodating and absolutely no pressure. Once we felt the deal was done, we were put in the hands of who Charlie called the "Financial Guy" aka Amit. Again, what a pleasure. He made the deal happen fast. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with all the folks at Ray Dennison. Highly Recomended. We have since worked with Charlie on getting our cars exterior and interior protection coated. He worked with our schedule for a time to get this done. Awesome job and it was great to get to visit with him and all the helpful folks at the dealership.

Charged 23.99 to rotate tires 10.00 at Firestone

Repeat customer for oil change and tire rotation.Price hike every time i return the final straw was tire rotation went from 15.00 to 23.99 no warning i would have gone to Firestone 10.00 to rotate tires on my Trax.

1st, they answered, emailed me, my seeking the 2010

1st, they answered, emailed me, my seeking the 2010 Hummer. They have it, I still see it advertised. I emailed them I wanted to buy the Hummer and had to schedule the transported for Pickup.. to call me.. Never did nothing.. I asked 4 questions, never got an answer. I have emailed them, called them no answer. Nothing! It is obvious they do not want to sell to me.!

I called to get my vechile in to be checked and jeff in...

I called to get my vechile in to be checked and jeff in service was ruse to me. So i asked to apeak to the manager and shawn the assiant manager of the service department got on the phone and i was asking him about my warranty and what i was told when i bought the vechile amd he laughed at me and was very rude to me. Bith was talking over me. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIA DEALERSHIO TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING

I had the most awesome car buying experience at Ray Dennison Chevy. The Salesman Mr. Charlie Vaccard made it the most Pleasant, Stress Free, No Hassles experience I’ve ever had a a Great Price! Charlie was very knowledgable, ran through every option and detail on the New 2021 Silverado Crew Cab I bought before I test drove. After hitting every Auto dealership in the area this morning Ray Dennison had the best assortment of trucks in the area. They had exactly what I was searching for. Finance Manager Amit Mark made it a breeze...That’s how car buying experience is supposed to go...Perfect! Thank You Ray Dennison Chevy!

High Praises for fixing a major issue

I had a 2021 Bronco that I was not happy with and found a 2019 Edge I loved. Most places would have had a very pessimistic outlook on a situation like this due to the complexity of the financing. However, Scott Hanson took charge and ensured I was very well educated on how every piece of the transaction would happen and furthermore explained why things happened the way they did. Not only did Scott keep things real and upfront throughout the whole transaction, but he also took the time to provide stellar customer service. The Bronco was my first car purchase and it was a very tricky situation. But when I left the dealership after only three and a half hours, I felt so excited and sure of my decision to go with the Ford Edge and knew this dealership would have my back if I needed anything. Furthermore, Lawrence, the manager, made a proint to connect with me at the beginning, middle, and end of my time at the dealership. He took the time to get to know me and ensure my appointment was going well. Pam, the receptionist, is such a kind soul as well. She helped me make an appointment that same day and made a point to meet me in person as she likes to put a face to the voice over the phone. Lastly, Curt, who helped me with the finances was also very down to Earth, straightforward, and ensured I knew what I was getting into before signing anything.
