I was in for a simple oil change but had called regester on sat. As i was locked out of my car. Was away from home . The general manager sent help and they put new battery in faub after he got my car open to prevent another lock out. I was not charged for this

Had a friendly talk with the service guy when dropping off for service. I waited about hour and a half for oil change and inspection. The staff was super nice, and the owner took time out of his day to talk to me. I walked the parking lot to see the cars and no hassle for the sales staff just some light talking and that was it.

We recently purchased two vehicles in a short period of time. In the past we have used their body shop, service garage and service lane. John, Doug, Randy & their team care about customer service & satisfaction & it shows!

Randy and the team at Regester went above and beyond and exceeded my truck buying expectations compared to my previous new truck buying experience at a different Chevy dealership. I was thoroughly impressed in every aspect of the process. From product knowledge, to timely call backs on questions they could not answer right away, calling back when they said they would, and late evening correspondence after I got off work. They worked with me to get my truck built as soon as possible. Updates once my truck was pulled and throughout the build process, shipping updates, to pictures of my truck on the car carrier outside their dealership as promised. Randy and David worked with me to have as much paperwork completed and ready ahead of time saving everyone time at point of purchase. I really appreciated the time Stanley took to walk me through all the features of my new truck and getting a number of things set up with me before I drove off the lot. They knew what they were doing, they're very professional. They are good people, they have integrity and sound business morals that are evident throughout each part of the company, from upper management on down. If they committed to something they held themselves to their word. Something that is very difficult to find in today's business world and society in general. 100% satisfied, I will be working with them again for my next vehicle

They found me. Brought me a truck full of gas. Fixed the problem at no cost. called me when done and told me everything they did. no other dealer has done that for anyone I know.

After both purchasing and servicing my Chevy Bolt at this dealership, I can say, unequivocally, that I will purchase there again. I did not expect a Chevy dealer in the 'hinterlands' to have that level of knowledge and support. I've been to dealerships closer to metro areas who were simply CLUELESS about the advantages and issues concerning EVs.

As always it was an excellent experience. They are the reason I would purchase another Chevy in the future.
