Rui Costa was very helpful and explained me all my questions about car maintenance. Everything was done perfect but car wash not good car was still dirty.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. They kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle and made sure everything was completed when promised. Although there are many dealerships closer to me, I will always go to Brooklyn Mercedes-Benz exclusively because of the overall competency and pleasantness of each staff member.
