HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! It’s been over a MONTH that I’ve been waiting for a call to bring my vehicle back to get fix. NO CONTACT!!!!!!!

As always John Cusumano, the Service Manager, took personal and very good care of me and our Cadillac. He is very caring and watches out and over us / his customers - and feel very safe under his care of our Cadillac. He is definitely an asset to your dealership.

Keith was very knowledgeable, ask me what was I interested in. 2015 2017 escalade. He showed me 2017 and it was sold and went out his way and showed us the 2015 an hour later he sold us the truck in 25 words or less are to short to describe what Keith can do

Paul Conte Cadillac treats you like family. This was my first visit to the dealership to lease a new 2021 XT6. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and taken care of. I was introduced to Gregory who took car of all my questions and informed me of all the options of the XT6. It was a nice day need my car fixed I found out what was wrong it's charged off lie a lot it it it later it wasn't fakes and then later they gave me a rental car until they fixed it
