Buick is back
I have been driving Honda or Toyota vehicles for the last 15 years. My past experience with American dealerships has been less than acceptable. My wife and I liked the style of the Buick Enclave. I was hesitate to get back into the American car market, but after meeting Rick Davilla and the rest of the staff at Karp, I quickly became aware that the customer service, knowledge of the vehicle and enthusiasm to provide a great experience were present in the employee's. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Ted was great and Mark, the service manager, is there to make sure the customer is more than satisfied.

Great Service
I purchased my new Volvo from Karp in Rockville Centre in August of 2013. I just took the vehicle in for it's first servicing. I received outstanding customer service! I am an extremely satisfied customer of Karp Volvo!!

Michelin Star for Customer Service
I was going on a long trip that same day when I had the issues. Called the service dept. and spoke to a nice lady (sorry did not catch her name) and I was able to get an appointment that same day. I went to the old service center and Nick told me that Volvo customers need to go to the new location. I told him that I was not familiar with the place and he was nice to go with me personally and make sure that I get to the new Volvo Service Center (Kudos to Nick!). When I get to the new location, Ted immediately helped me and was nice to offer me to top all the fluids and check the tire pressure as well since I was going on a long trip. The wait time was also not a problem, thanks to the new wait area (TV, free coffee and tea), which I have enjoyed. I'd like to extend my gratitude to the lady receptionist, Nick and Ted for making it such a nice experience visiting the Volvo Service Center.

Great service, clean facilities, excellent advisor
I was very anxious when I telephoned Volvo Service due to a battery problem with my 2013 Volvo. I spoke with Service Advisor, Ted Clarke. He calmed me down and told me exactly what to do. The problem was solved the next day when I brought the car to Volvo Dealer in RVC. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. The repair was done quickly for me while I waited. Great customer service. That's why I have been buying Volvo's for over 20 years from Volvo, Rockville Centre.

Can't ask for more....
I liked everything about my experience. I called with what seemed like a serious issue ("Engine Hood Open" was showing up on dashboard---even though hood was not open.) Spoke to Ronnie and expressed my anxiety about situation. She told me to come over right then. Car was repaired while I waited. What more could one ask for?

Blowout
Very professional, curtious. The only problem was getting the proper tire, after I had a blowout from a New Your City Pothole. I had to wait more then a week for the proper tire.
