Oil Change

Went for a free oil change that was included as part of the buying process. It cost over $100 dollars to have a nail removed and tires rotated. Will never go back there for service again - imagine what it would cost if it were a major issue. Feel totally ripped off. Plus waited at the dealer over 2 hours.

Great experience

Open Road Chevrolet provided a smooth transaction while purchasing my first vehicle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was sooooo good i will never go anywhere else

Awful experience

Absolutely awful experience. Took my 3 year old Traverse in for service that I just bought off lease and had a warranty for. They took FOUR days to diagnose and were terrible with their responsiveness - I called every day several times and when I finally threatened to call Chevy directly, they conveniently called back and said they had just finished diagnosing it. They tried billing above the allotted warranty coverage of $150 per hour for labor and said it was $205 per hour. I called several other Chevy dealerships in the area who all said that it was highway robbery to charge that much. They didn’t bother to simply balance bill me the remaining difference for labor and wanted to charge me the full amount when I asked them to do that. And they didn’t have the decency to even waive the diagnostic cost when I went to pick up the car after I was rightfully angry and decided to take my business elsewhere. They get a ZERO from me - I only put a one star because you can’t rate someone a zero on here. Never again.

New Car Blues

I'm in the shopping around for a new vehicle phase; which can be a tiresome process, but my visit to Open Road Chevrolet made it a bit more pleasant. The salesperson Jackie R was courteous and polite, she understood my dilemma and listened as well as advised. She didn't try to force a sell and that I truly appreciate most of all. Thumbs up to you Ms Jacqueline Rollins.

Awesome!

Honestly the BEST experience I have ever had in a car dealership. My salesman, Carlos made the process so incredibly easy. We started last night on the phone and via email. I sent him the credit app, my drivers license, and insurance docs. Drove over there this morning. Car was ready. We added it to my insurance. Went into a room to sign a bunch of papers and was out in less than an hour. The price couldn't be beat. The car is spectacular. Thanks Open Road!

What an experience!!! Jacqueline Rollins greeted us with welcoming comfort at the door!! She walked us through every step, with patience, kindness and understanding for an car in our budget. I’m so happy I came to Chevy. Shavon Lloyd was very detailed and patience in finance.
