Good sales dept

Vince Malson and Dave Brown make a good sales team. Vince was one of the best sales persons I have ever worked with in purchasing a vehicle and would rate him 5 but the name is not on the employee list.Vince was able to answer questions or be able to find the right answers and I would buy from him again. From prior experience would not give high grades for the service end on this dealership though. Dave Brown is excellent to work with also and was able to handle the paperwork in a clear and quick manner.

Great Experience!!

My fiancee and I were a bit nervous about buying our first car together when we first went to Uftring Automall to test drive some vehicles. Upon meeting with AJ all of our concerns dissipated, AJ provided a no pressure environment as well as being extremely accommodating and helpful. AJ also worked with us to get a price that fit right into our budget as well as going to the extra effort to ensure we have been satisfied with the car since we purchased it a week ago. Working with Dave in finance was another great experience as he is a straight shooter and is open and honest about what he think would be most beneficial for each customer. Overall, buying from Uftring Automall was a great experience in which the employees truly go the extra mile to show they care.

First "Non-beater" Buyer

I'm a very inexperienced car buyer. I have bought 3 cars in my life and until now only purchased "beaters". So when my last car took a turn for the worse this winter I decided to check out newer cars. I also kept "beaters" as an option as I still was not sure what would be best for me. After checking out a few fixer uppers I came across online that weren't going to work for me I decided to head up to Uftring to check out some options. I'm extremely happy I did. I have had a few relatives and friends buy from Uftring before and had good experiences so I figured I'd check it out. Since I've never bought from a dealership before I thought it would be a good idea to bring some back up. I brought my grandpa (my car guy) to make sure all the mechanics were sound and My Aunt (I refer to her lovingly as my money lady) because she knows the ins and outs of buying a car and she is way more intimidating than I would be if any haggling would need to go down. So with my wing man and woman by my side we talked to Matt Gibson the man who ending up selling me my first non-beater car. Within minutes Matt had pulled up a few cars for me to check out. I took a test drive, had my car guy (Grandpa) check out the engine and all that and I knew I wanted this Prius. Next came what I thought would be the hard part. Figuring out a price and getting the car in range of payments I could afford. Turns out I didn't need my wing woman to help "haggle" at all. We got a great price and payments I could easily afford. Matt was great. The whole process was relaxed and easy. Also since I've never bought a car younger than ten years I've never had so many cool features and gadgets to figure out. First while checking out the car and once again when I was handed the keys to drive it home Matt sat with me to figure everything out. He showed me how to hook my phone up to bluetooth so now I can hand free answer the phone, listen to music, check out my awesome gas mileage and tons more. Thanks Matt Gibson and everyone at Uftring! I am beater free and could not be happier. It was a great experience getting my life back in motion with you guys. Though I wont have to come back to buy any cars for myself anytime soon because my Prius and I will be pretty happy together for years to come but if I know anyone that is looking for a new ride I will be sure to send them Matt's way at Uftring.

PJ is by far the best auto dealer out there

I absolutely dread purchasing a car because I do not like the games car salesmen play or the back and forth. With PJ there was none of that. He was straight forward, honest and went above and beyond for us. As long as PJ is in the selling cars he has my business.

3rd vehicle and counting

I've bought 3 vehicles from PJ. 2 explorers and recently a new f-250. I'm pretty pick and PJ deales with it well and always seems to find what I'm looking for. PJ has also sold to my mother and my best friend. When the time comes I'll be looking to do business with PJ again.

Excellent once again

Howard provided excellent salesmanship. His personality is extraordinary and he makes buying a new Subaru easy! This is my third Subaru with Howard as my salesman.

A family of Subaru Foresters.

When I wanted a 2016 Subaru Forester built the way I wanted it, I went to see Rob Applegate at Uftring Subaru in East Peoria to order it. I was happy with the price and I was even more surprised when my new vehicle arrived much sooner than anticipated. Purchasing the new Subaru Forester was a pleasant experience.

Satisfied Customer
