My experience with Newins Bay Shore Ford started with a disappointing interaction regarding a Ford Maverick. I initially spoke with Tom Siraco, who emphasized his 45 years of experience but essentially dismissed the possibility of working with my situation over the phone rather than exploring what options might be available. Despite that experience, I decided to give Newins another opportunity. I went into the dealership, had my Jeep evaluated, had my credit run, and began working with Anthony regarding a possible vehicle transaction. I was willing to work with the dealership and understood there was never a guarantee that a particular deal or financing arrangement would work. My issue is what happened afterward: the communication and follow-through were extremely disappointing. I waited approximately two weeks without meaningful progress or follow-up regarding the transaction. On August 22, I spoke with Matthew, the manager/owner, after receiving a voicemail from the dealership. During our conversation, he explained that Anthony was unavailable and said he would reach out to him and have Anthony contact me. Matthew also discussed my negative reviews and expressed an interest in rectifying the situation, including the possibility of having the reviews removed if we could reach a resolution. I told Matthew that I was still willing to work with Newins and give them another opportunity. I subsequently texted Matthew directly. The message showed as read on August 24. As of August 25, I have received no response from him and have not received the promised follow-up from Anthony. I completely understand that employees take time off. What I don’t understand is why an active customer’s transaction couldn’t be handed to another salesperson or why management couldn’t take over the communication—particularly after management had already contacted me about trying to resolve my previous customer-service concerns. My complaint isn’t that Newins couldn’t guarantee me a vehicle or financing. It’s about communication, customer service, and following through on what you’re telling a customer you’re going to do. I gave this dealership another opportunity after my original experience. I came in, allowed them to evaluate my trade and run my credit, remained willing to make a deal, and was open to resolving my previous concerns. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through has only reinforced those concerns. If Newins ultimately follows through and genuinely resolves the situation, I am willing to update my review to reflect that. But reviews should represent the customer’s actual experience, and based on my experience to date, I cannot recommend Newins Bay Shore Ford.

I had a disappointing experience with Newins Bay Shore Ford. I submitted an inquiry about a Ford Maverick, knowing it might be a long shot, but I was hopeful that the dealership would at least be willing to explore my options and see if we could make a deal. Instead, the salesperson, Tom Siraco, told me he had 45 years of experience and essentially dismissed the possibility without making any effort to discuss alternatives or see what might work. I was left feeling like I wasn’t even worth trying to help. What made the experience even more frustrating is that every other dealership I’ve contacted has invited me to come in, review my situation, and see what options were available. Whether a deal could be made or not, they were willing to give me a chance. Newins Bay Shore Ford didn’t extend that same courtesy. After 45 years in the business, I would expect a salesperson to be willing to work with customers instead of shutting them down over the phone. I understand that not every deal is possible, but customer service starts with making an effort. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I hope they reconsider how they treat potential customers who are simply looking for an opportunity to see what can be done.

Went in wanting something totally different left with something I didn’t really want. I’m actually pretty happy with it in the grand scheme of things. I wanted a 5.0 truck. Left with the 2.7 very nice truck very happy with the purchase very happy with the sales team allowing me to test drive the trucks and see all features
