2016 ford edge 55k mileage misdiagnosed charged $1,116

2016 ford edge 55k mileage misdiagnosed charged $1,116 for purge valve car returned to me, two days later back at ford to be told I needed an engine $11,900. Coolant leaking into to engine. Car had a new ford motor installed by my mechanic for $7,000. They would not credit the original charge $1,116 and gave me a $300 service credit. I will never bring my car to them for anything.

Newins Ford is all about customer satisfaction.

Newins Ford is all about customer satisfaction. Matt and his team make the sale, service, delivery flawless. One will not have any problems or issues purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Matt and his brother Chris are there for you before, during and even after you take delivery. When I had a question on my Ford Ranger, they both not only answered the phone, but were extremely helpful to answer my questions. This is the only dealer in the tri-state area to buy a Ford, I drove from NJ to buy my truck from Newins and will do it again for my next Ford.

Tom made it easy.

Tom made it easy. I personally do not have time to spend searching for the particular truck I wanted. I let Tom know he hustled and found the exact model I wanted. Going into car dealerships these days is such an incredibly ugly and anxiety ridden experience. Tom made it pleasant.

I bought a ford explorer this week from Newins.

I bought a ford explorer this week from Newins. I found them to be up front about everything, and gave me a solid deal right from the start. My entire purchase took about 45 minutes including a test drive, and picked it up that same day. Thank you Victor and team for doing what you do so well!

Newins was really great when my son was looking for a

Newins was really great when my son was looking for a used F150. They had an older one available on their website for a good price, so I left my contact info, and got a call from Victor Aparicio. We set up a day and time to come in and look at the truck. Unfortunately, we got a call on our way in that the truck did not shift into reverse, so they were pulling it from sales.That's why I am rating this 4 stars, not 5- thats a big thing to miss as a dealership! However, Victor was very up front and honest about the deficiency, and very apologetic. The dealership was putting it out to auction, and not trying to be shady about it. I really felt he, and the management team, were sincere, and that's why we stayed to look at two other trucks that were a little newer, but more expensive than we were looking for originally. My son absolutely loved the blue F150, the paint on it looked almost new, and it was clean inside, and mileage wasn't that high for a 2013. It was a beautiful looking truck. But we said thank you very much, and left to think things over. Fortunately we were able to work out the finances and the truck was still there after Memorial Day. We went back, took it for a test drive, and it drove like a dream. He and I were both sold. Victor and the manager, Matt, worked with us on the price, I think we got thr truck for a great price. I was very grateful for both of them working with us, seeing that my son is 17, and he was paying for this himself. The dealership even fixed the broken tail light before we picked up the truck, which was not expected, but was greatly appreciated! Despite the initial disappointment of the first truck not being available, Newins came through for me and my son. He is thrilled with his new truck, and so proud of his purchase. Everyone in the neighborhood has been complementing him on how nice it is! I would recommend Newins to anyone looking for a new or used Ford, or any other used vehicle brand they are selling. The service was exceptional, and they have been established and trusted for 85 years. On a side note, the dealership is very clean, and I was impressed that even the bathroom was extremely clean!

This is an exciting and proud moment.

This is an exciting and proud moment. This time last year, I was drowning in debt because of a long drawn out divorce. I never thought I would crawl out of the darkness into the light. With the love and support from friends and family, I made it to the other side. I worked hard, took any work that was offered to me and wasn’t too proud to ask for financial advice from anyone that would give it. Today, I traded in a family car that treated us well, but to be honest, I didn’t choose. I specifically said, “get any car, as long as it’s not black”. Regardless, it was a good car for that phase of life. 3 months ago, I spotted the Bronco Sport Heritage in Robin’s egg blue and just HAD to have it. This car is a symbol of my freedom and independence to choose the car that I love. I ordered it and waited patiently while it was custom built for me. Today I bring her home, what should our family name her? When others whisper to you that you cannot withstand the storm, whisper back, “I am the storm.”
