Great service from an experienced salesperson

Tom Beutow was great! He was personable and answered all of my questions. He was patient as I communicated with my family in another state as we worked through the truck purchase. His long tenure at this dealership is proof of his service and commitment.

Rob Jewel is great

Great experience buying a car from Leman Chevy city. Rob Jewel, Brent, and Troy were great. They work with you and work hard to get it right, I highly recommend.

The best

I have bought several vehicles from lemans always pleased. My salesman Tom Beautow is the best goes the extra mile to make sure things go smoothly highly recommend.

Terrible Customer Communication

Planned to go to this dealer to look at/drive a 2021 Buick Envision. I talked to a salesperson via email 3 times and had a time set up to come see the vehicle. I live over 100 miles away from the dealership and it is around a 2 hour drive 1 way. I had informed the salesperson that I would arrive when they opened (which I did). When I got there, I found out that they had sold the vehicle the day before. While I am not annoyed that the vehicle sold (that is the business) I am very unhappy that I wasn't contacted to save me the 4+ hour round trip and 3/4 tank of gas. The salesperson said he emailed me (the morning I was to show up) which I don't believe since his other emails to sell me the car all came through but the one that is was sold (7 hours later) still is missing! This is horrible customer service and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Purchase a family car from Rob Jewel!

We had a great experience at Leman's, and especially with our salesman, Rob Jewel. He was responsive and helpful, and didn't pressure us. He also has small kids just like us, so really understood our perspective and was patient when we had them along. He also spoke to me directly and helped me make my own decisions, even though my husband was along for the ride. We looked at a car that didn't work for us three months prior to our purchase, and he was nothing but kind when making suggestions about what might work better. We were thrilled when Leman's had the exact make and model we finally decided on, and were so happy to purchase it with Rob's help! If you're looking for a family vehicle (or if you're a woman purchasing a car), ask for Rob!

We had a seamless experience - the pricing was fair, they

We had a seamless experience - the pricing was fair, they had vehicles we were interested in, and everyone was pleasant and kind, even when we had our small kids with us. We especially appreciated our salesman, Rob Jewel. He was responsive, helpful, and didn't pressure us. He has small kids just like us, so really understood our perspective and was patient with them. He also spoke to me directly and helped me make my own decisions, even though my husband was along for the ride. Untrustworthy Dealership

I attempted to look at a vehicle on a Thursday afternoon and when I called, I was told someone had an appointment to look at the vehicle so I would not be able to look at it until after they had made a decision. Later in the evening I get a call saying the first person had passed and the vehicle was available for me to look at. Therefore, I made an apt for the following morning. After taking off work and driving over an hour to get there and look at the vehicle, that was currently on the lift in the service shop, I started going over paperwork with the sales person. That's when I noticed they raised the price overnight by $4,000 and would not give me the original price the vehicle was listed at when I made an appointment the previous night. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as there are plenty of other options.

Deceptive practices

Looked at and test drove a used buyback truck. We agreed on a price. My wife and I completed the online credit app. Dealership refused to process the credit app unless both of us were on the property. They are saying it’s their policy, which they have yet to produce in writing. We live an hour or so away from this dealership and have bought numerous vehicles from the Leman franchise over the past 15 years. Beware if you are an out of town buyer. Why offer online finances apps if in person is req

Scott, We appreciate the feedback, but do have specific procedures to follow when it involves finance, credit bureaus, loan approvals, and verification of Identity. Due to the enhanced federal Safeguard Rule, we were required to strengthen our current policies. Great buying experience

I had not bought through a dealer for 15 years. Found a couple used trucks I was interested in. Alex Moore had them available too view within two a day and a half (one was located 45min away prior) Absolutely no pressure during the process. I had special request for financing and they were very accommodating. Would highly recommend Leman Chevy!!

Alex Moore was a great help with our new 2023 equinox he answered all of our questions made the deal easy to understand very helpful all the way through the deal
