Unlike any other dealership experience, in the BEST way possible. John Nassour was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was great to work with him and at no point did I ever feel pressured to make a decision.. Mike in finance was the same, friendly and easy to work with. I also had the pleasure of meeting the executive manager, Antonio Centeno. Talk about friendly and professional. He made me very comfortable and relaxed, a feeling I am not used to when it comes to buying a car. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Antonio and his team. Delivery day was also as smooth as can be. They moved very quickly and the car was perfect. I was blown away by the entire experience, from beginning to end. Thank you Sarant! I will be back again!

With appointment waiting 2 1/2 hours, which I pushed them, for oil change/inspection is crazy. Jiffy lube does in 1/2 hour. Ok

Our family just purchased a new Cadillac and we had a wonderful experience at Sarant Cadillac with the help of Dina and her team of Car Pros, Vic the manager was also very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Dina! She guided me through the use of all the new equipment and special features of my brand new car, she set up all the custom features in advance and still gave me her number to call her anytime for additional help. What a wonderful experience! Anybody looking for a caddy should go to Sarant Cadillac!
