From our first phone call on November 30 to delivery on December 4, 2020 (when we first met in person) he was professional, knowledgeable and showed a real diligence in the keeping me informed of updates. I w3as notified by Tony about two recalls for my car. I scheduled an appointment Tony greeted me and told me that each recall would be handled and while I was there I also requested an oil change which was due soon and this way I would not have to revisit.
