Eli was great throughout my whole buying process and made it very easy. From our first phone call on November 30 to delivery on December 4, 2020 (when we first met in person) he was professional, knowledgeable and showed a real diligence in the keeping me informed of updates. He came in with the best price upfront compared to another dealer I spoke with. I was knowledgeable about Cadillac’s as this is my 3rd in 15 years, but Eli ensured I knew about the new developments, even upcoming cars and models (EVs, etc) before I left as part of my on boarding/closing process at Sarant. We did not video chat, but spoke over the phone daily, at my preference, although it was offered. Thank you Eli for all of your help it was very much appreciated and look forward to referring and leasing another car with you.

Been going to your dealer for many years .the staff is great from beginning to end .you get greeted at the outside garage door once in the shop the service manager ,advisor and mechanic greeted me ..I didn't wait long for my service I am very satisfied and won't go anywhere else.

I w3as notified by Tony about two recalls for my car. I scheduled an appointment Tony greeted me and told me that each recall would be handled and while I was there I also requested an oil change which was due soon and this way I would not have to revisit. All issues were taken care of within two hours and I was very satisfied with the care and attention that was given. I would highly recommend the dealership for all your Cadillac needs
