Take your business elsewhere
Take any used vehicle to another shop for complete pre-purchase inspection. This one, and their 32-point inspection, lacks integrity. I purchased a $60,000 used car here that had severe paint issues on a car with 17,000 miles, found of course post sale, and the dealership didn’t even offer to look at it. They also promise things at the point of sale verbally, and don’t follow through post sale. Take your business somewhere that will be honest with you. I have included a photo that shows the details of the roof of the car. The entire roof looks like this. Don’t trust the overall rating of this dealership, the salesmen, or the GM.

While my first time with Strong was very good, this time it was the very opposite. I had an issue with my car and called in advance if they could fit me in just for a quick check. This was confirmed by the service advisor so I made the drive from Ogden to SLC. When I got there I was very firmly told that there was no way that they could fit me in and that they were booked in advance until September!!! Huh??? All I wanted was a battery check and not a lecture about how very busy and important the dealership was. When I asked if I could wait a couple of hours to see if there was an opening, the answer was that I had at least 15 cars ahead of me... all the while the service hall was EMPTY. I know that is just an impression but the overall sentiment is that I really didn’t count as a customer, the concierge was not welcoming, nobody greeted, I will go back to my dealership in Las Vegas and hope that I don’t need service in the future while I am in Utah.
