I have been purchasing vehicles from Tom Ahl since 1988. I have never been disappointed. Thursday I traveled from my home, now in Indianapolis to have my daughter's Hyundai Sonata serviced and to begin shopping for a new car for my wife. First, in the service department Adam is awesome! He always gets it done and does it with a polite smile. Second, I always work with Ted Kill and he's great! I have bought several cars from Ted and I will continue to buy from him. Ted knew this visit was research and we would be buying at another date, but he knows how to play the long game and it works. After having a rough experience at a different dealership, we made it to Tom Ahl thirty minutes before they closed. The staff were empathetic to our situation and never made us feel like we were a bother. We test drove the car once and took it for another one even though they had already closed. While we were negotiating Tom Ahl took the time to come over and introduce himself. We also really appreciated the thoughtfulness in having a play area to entertain our boys during the whole process. We made a deal and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Andy and Tom Ahl dealerships to anyone in the market to buy a car!
