This is my second experience with Manhattan Motors. Lingbin Ye, sales rep, is terrific, and Moses, who knows everything about the cars, too to bottom was nothing short of wonderful in explaining my new Macan’s workings. It is a first rate dealership in every way.

We bought our care here in 2017 and had a great experience. Recently though, we have had issues getting service scheduled Once it was, and Julian got involved, he was excellent, He was responsive and our car was serviced promptly.

Was able to get a service appointment very quickly. They proactively ordered the rare specialty tire needed so the repair was completed the same day. Car came back vacuumed, cleaned, and washed with no streak marks. Very nice complimentary coffee and pastry bar at the 1st floor entrance, beautiful lounge up on the Porsche level. If you’re looking for the Ritz Carlton of Porsche dealerships in the NYC area this is definitely it!
