Chris Ng Great Sales

Chris was very knowledgeable and lead to the vehicle that I was looking for. Only giving him minimum details, he was able to present to me multiple options and features I was looking for. I would highly recommend looking for chris if you were ever in the market for a chevy.

Best Experience

I went to many dealers looking for the perfect car and deal. The last thing I wanted to do was to shop for a car. When I walked into East Hills, Joyce greeted me. I let her know that I was just looking. She was so easy to talk to and she was not the "typical salesman" she held my attention. No pressure. I knew I was in the right place. I picked up my new Trax the following day and she spent plenty of time going over the car with me. I will send anybody looking for a Chevy.

care and consideration of Gus Quinonez

Mr. Quinonez was most importantly true to his word,, kept the price exactly where we agreed upon,,, was not swayed by the finance guy,, who tried to increase the price by $250. He seemed insistant hat the deal would not be done unless I ponied up the extra money..I told him Gus said to bring a check for 12,000,, and that would close the deal in addition to the$100 down on the car. Gus stepped up held firm to his word,,and then proceeded to take myself and my girlfriend , Helen to the car,, and answered All questions and concerns regarding the whereabouts of buttons, gizmos,etc. He was polite to the point that he entertained any and all questions from Helen about the workings of the car and where certain features were located. He was a gentleman, professional and courteous at ALL times and gave me his cell phone number if I had any problems going forward. He definitely should be recognized and APPLAuded for his efforts,, and he is a definite asset to your dealership and Chevrolet--Thank you again,, and thanks again to Gus,, Sincerely, Kevin Russin and Helen Jara

East Hills = Great

My experience at East Hills Chevrolet was fantastic. My new, 2018 Tahoe is the 3rd vehicle I have leased from East Hills and i consider them to be 'my dealership.' Gordon Calhoun was helpful, accommodating and very easy to work with during this process. He got me the EXACT car I wanted at EXACTLY the price I wanted to spend. No hassle no issues and no problems. Just easy. I will always come back to East Hills and look forward to working with Gordon again next time. Lastly, East Hills has the best service department too! Gloria is awesome! An overwhelmingly positive customer experience

The overwhelming positive experience that my family and I encountered from the true professionals at this Chevrolet dealership was impeccable, outstanding, remarkable, outstanding and of quality customer standard. In this regard, I speak specifically of the kind of leadership quality which was indeed displayed by the outpouring of the kind of quality service received from the leader of the East Hills dealership (General manager) Mr. Charles Sarnes and (Sales Consultant) Mr. Charles Robertson. As a prior Chevrolet customer, my family and I are of the view that owning a vehicle should be completed and synonymous with the level of quality after sales support associated with the you and your vehicle. Hence, based on the after sales support in acquiring and additional vehicle through the East Hills Douglaston dealership was the best choice associated with our new acquisition. Furthermore, the level of quality customer service we received can be compared and associated with that which is being described by the authors (Marshal Goldsmith & Mark Reiter 2007) in their book "How successful People Become Even More Successful" It is so coincidental that both gentlemen have similar first (1st) name (Charles) as I personally associate this name with ROYALTY. As consumers of this beautiful yet elegant, Sleek yet classy, sophisticated yet professional high end product (2018 Traverse), our acquisition at this specific dealership and through these professionals has lead us to feeling complete in our decision of same. So much so that our daughter Cianna Williams of eleven (11 years) addressed both gentlemen in a letter of her own and on her own accord, thanking them for being and I quote, " You are both very good at your jobs! My parents and I really appreciate what you do. Continue doing what you do best. We are sure that you will both make great achievements in life as two of the most persuasive sales professionals! Oh, BTW Mr. Charles in the black suite (GM) my school is going to deliver the things you recently bought from me very soon! We are happy to doing business with you both. You made us especially happy (especially my mom, whose birthday is coming soon" I chose to emphasize what our daughter said explicitly because of, as the old adage goes, children live what they learn. The lesson that was taught to our daughter at this age was well received. As a business transaction it involved professionalism, feelings, intuition, quality leadership and the outstanding customer relationship. Finally, on behalf of my family and myself, the quality service customers deserve is definitely provided at the East Hills Chevrolet Dealership and we encourage one and all to visit this location for an outpouring of such amazing service. Working with Joyce was a pleasure!

For a first time buyer, working with Joyce was an absolute pleasure. I went into the dealer last week with the intentions of getting a quote, and within two days I walked out with the car of my dreams. She helped make this experience a smooth, enjoyable process. Her personality is wonderful, and I felt like I was being helped by a friend that I’d known for years. My new Cruze is better than I could have ever imagined it’d be. She took us for a tour of the car, made sure everything was ready to go and that we wouldn’t get stuck at the dealer for long.
