Used GMC Sierra

I purchased a used 2018 GMC Sierra that was in excellent condition. Clay Gilman was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I would recommend Clay and Raabe to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Lease buy out

Purchased our Ford Flex after leasing it. Very happy with the service on it and the ease of buying it when we did. Sad that Ford will no longer manufacture the Flex.

Covid and my Transit Connect

I chose Raabe because of friends' experiences with the dealership. I wasn't disappointed. I visited in May looking for a new (2020) Transit Connect cargo van. Dave Wilgus greeted my wife and I as soon as we entered the building. I told him of my intentions and he quickly went about checking dealer inventories for a van with the specs that I had requested. None. Not to my surprise, since I wanted a cargo van with all of the appointments of a passenger van. We had to order one, a 2021 model, and Dave told me, "maybe October." I was pleased with the whole process so far, and was willing to wait. Dave called early, and we planned to pick it up at the dealer the second week in September. Upon arrival, the purchasing process was incredibly quick, and Dave synced my smartphone with my van while I was signing. He took plenty of time to make sure I understood most of the features of my new vehicle, hands-on, before allowing my wife and I to drive the new van home. You're never too old to have those "new car grins" and this was one of those. What a great company and employee.
