Emergency, I thought, Service

I learned that word brake is not related to icon above it which means tires low, but my dropin and misplaced fright was handled most politely and efficiently, as was the legitimate appointment for oil change etc the week before..

Dealership does not honor signed contracts

Signed a deal for a new Impreza and was told they would search for one, no problem. Several weeks later I noted on their inventory list on line that the car I ordered was in transit. I called the salesman and was told that was my car. A week later the sales mgr. calls me and tells me they cannot sell me the car at the price we agreed on because the lease residuals had changed and the car had a lot of accessories. When I told the sales mgr that the car came in with no options, he told me that the customer had requested them. Total baloney because I was the customer. In this day and age I thought dealers had stopped doing this nonsense, but evidently Morristown does not believe a contract is a contract-unless it works in their favor.

Ask for Joe Sangimino

Just purchased my first Subaru Forester and couldn't be happier . The entire staff was wonderful and my sales consultant Joe Sangimino was just a pleasure to work with . From beginning to end he was a total professional and I would highly recommend him and the dealership to everyone . I was never pressured and all my questions/concerns were answered . We went through all the features of the car and the whole transaction went smoothly . I really love my Forester .......

Great service!

Seemed much friendlier than last time I was there. Also, Was really impressed with my technician--he called & pointed out that my heat shield needed tightening. Car had been making a lot of noise & he fixed it for $120!!!

Sub of Mtown better than dealers of other makes

The salesperson, Marina, was patient and encouraged testing more vehicles where a dealer of another make I visited offered no test drives at all. The dealcloser, Greg, was very well prepared and made the closing and delivery go smoothly.

Great Service

The electronic board keeps you apprised of what stage your car is in without my having to approach the desk to find out how it's doing. Also, what kept my visit seemingly short was the fact that I met someone in the waiting room with whom I conversed. The time I waited for my car felt even shorter and made for an unexpected, nice experience.

Very good

it was a little bit bumpy right before I picked up my car as a few people were fired or left. I was beginning to think the dealership might be closing. No one contacted me on these changes. But before that & during, after the delivery everything was great & very thorough,,

looking for an impreza or crosstrek

Joseph our sales rep showed my wife and I around and asked us what we were looking for. We talked for a little while and then Joseph showed us the different options that we're available to us. We weren't sure if we really wanted an impreza or a crosstrek, so Joseph told us that could test drive both and then get a better idea of what we really wanted. We did the test drives and decided that the crosstrek was the best choice for us. We initially weren't planning to buy the car that day unless the dealership could offer us a good deal. After telling Joseph that his initial offer was too high, we agreed on a number that was closer to the amount that we thought was fair, with the options that we wanted installed. Joseph told us that he didn't have the car on the lot, but that he'd arrange to get the car from another dealer within a few days. We put down a deposit and waited. 6 days later we picked up the car. All in all, it wasn't the car buying process that I'd been expecting.....it was much better. The negotiating and financing process were relatively quick. Joseph was always on top of everything, and called to keep us informed and where things were in process. After going through the car buying process before, I have to say that this was much different, less time consuming and less stressful. If you're looking for a subaru and you're near Morristown, I'd recommend checking them out and asking for Joseph.
