    Initially worked with Ashley Binus online searching for used truck. Ashley was professional and provided many options to look at. Mark Keene was the actual... sales person that sold the truck and was also professional. Both were great to work with in order to locate the perfect truck along with price.     I purchased a 2016 jeep patriot from this dealer ship and called back 3 days later to discuss an issue with the interior odor (smelling like a dirty dog)... and the receptionist (Becky) transferred the call to a different dealership location, which was not able to address the situation. When I called back Becky started arguing and challenging me and when I asked to speak with the manager, she transferred me to a voicemail. I called back again and she continued with her unprofessional behavior and hung up on me. I again called back and asked to be place on hold for a manager, and she refused to place me on hold and get a live manager, stating that I should give her my name and # and someone would call me back. After 6 attempts, I finally was able to speak with manager Rich Kelly who apologized for her professionalism and said he would speak to her about it. Very disappointed about this purchase and the way I was treated just 3 days after the purchase. If I or any future customers have an issue with a purchase, I advise you to go directly to the dealership and by pass this receptionist (Becky) in the future. I even offered to return their vehicle and take my trade in back but was told that was not an option. There is absolutely no way I can drive this vehicle smelling the way it does. I turn on the air conditioning on the way to work today, in an effort to circulate fresh air and now my clothes smell like the dirty interior of this vehicle. Extremely frustrated and regretting this purchase from this dealership right now. I will update this review and let you all know how they address and if they correct the situation.

    Marla was helpful and friendly which made our experience with Baglier very pleasant. She was not pushy, or overbearing which is exactly what we like.... We went there to look at one vehicle only to find out we had confused the dealerships with what we had seen on line. She had another Jeep Wrangler that we looked at since we were there, my husband really liked it, and we ended up buying it that day. We took a test drive in the Jeep and were sold on it. They were willing to take some money off to sweeten the deal and the whole process was quick and efficient. Very good experience with this used dealership.
