We bought a 2016 Chevrolet 2500HD from Baglier which had a clean Carfax report, but as I found out later the vehicle had the rear quarter panel replaced, when I brought it to the attention of the used car sales manager he denied that they did any body work to the truck, Sure... since this truck was only 9 months old when we purchased it we never thought it would have been damaged, We payed top dollar on the assumption it was in excellent condition. We can't believe they wouldn't own up to it. Knowing would have definitely influenced whether or not we would have purchased it. Do not trust these people, these are the kind of folks that give car dealers a bad reputation. Trust me, go next door to Kelly Chevrolet.

Even when one company said no Elaine D didn't give up she kept trying until she got us that beautiful truck in the payment area we wanted to be in

Great experience!!!

Vehicle shopping was never something that I would look forward to doing. My recent vehicle purchase with Baglier in Butler PA gave me a different outlook on car buying. Justin Anderson was the salesperson that I dealt with. I have nothing negative to say about Justin, Baglier, or my experience there. Friendly and courteous staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Justin and Baglier to friends or family. Great job Justin!!!!!

Great Sales Team

The sales team at Baglier Buick is amazing. I purchased a new truck from Derek Gallo. He was more than helpful all through the process. On the day I took delivery of my new truck, Derek could not be at the dealership due to an unforeseen emergent issue. Other members of the sales team stepped up and were more than helpful. I would recommend this dealership and this sales team, especially Derek Gallo to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Inquired about a truck last week and had someone call me back right away. Now I have heard nothing back in over a week. Must be I'm not suppose to buy a vehicle from here

Perfect Again

My family and I have always bought our vehicles (10) so far from Baglier. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is car shopping. Mark and Matt Keene are exceptional and go out of there way to help make the buYing experience pleasurable. They always treat us like family and I am very confident they work out the best possible deal to be made. The facility is well kept and very clean and waiting area is also very comfortable.
