The c ars were ready for test driving when we got to the dealership. The assigned sales person greeted us right away. The whole experience was very pleasant. We appreciated the dealerships professionalism.

Before Covid, Sid Dillon was my go to for car repairs. Since then it seems that they are eager to repair things that are not absolutely necessary. Regardless the work they have done for me is top notch. the staff is professional and friendly. A good go to place when other places are not available, only because prices seem to be a bit high, i.e. the $185 up front fee. If you need the code read from under the dash, go to O'Riley's where it is free.

Filled out a finance app, was never contacted in regards to it. Was contacted by salesperson by email, but was sent a failure notice stating the email doesn't exist. I have typed in the email address, and sent emails that way, but don't get replies. Besides calling them, which i don't have time for during the week, I don't really know how I'll be able to be in contact with them

Service was carried out quickly. I went in to have an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. They also were able to program a FOB for my Camero. I have all my vehicles services at Sid Dillon car dealership.

Everything was great, nice and accommodating. Clean waiting room, soap opera on the TV could have been changed. Bathroom was nice and clean as well as the entire facility.
