Quality Ford in RUTHERFORD

I had my vehicle serviced one day, then came back another day for a couple recall fixes. Both times the service was done promptly, I had fairly minimal wait times. The staff at Quality Ford is unbelievably friendly. Kyle, Jeff, and Allan are so nice, Carlos was kind enough to apologize for saying a curse word in front of me, and Tim is my favorite salesman ever. Great staff and they do great work.

Great service!!

The service provided at Quality Auto Mall is excellent! I stopped in for an oil change after work, (I work nights) and was out within am hour! I reside,in Jersey City but the service area told me there was a two hour wait, so I decided to continue my service at Quality Auto Mall. Thank you!!

Quality with choice of COFFEES,,need magazines

Seeking,finding,dealing and finally purchasing a 2013 Ford Escape in 2012 was a challenge by itself as you never know how the "FINANCE ' guy cuts the deal,no matter what you are still a looser.,lost money. After years of recalls,the last one for 2016 finally Thelast recall for 2016 got fixed in 2017.Hope all calls and recalls over. AS for maintenanace,performance ,and quality jobs Quality Auto Mall has been doing an excellent job as so far in the lat 5 years I had no major issues with the vehicle except fill gas and drive.Any lights, warning,oil changes,wipers,tire rotations,light bulbs are all periodically serviced and replaced. My service advisor has always been very helpful in the upkeep of the vehicle. Highly recomended.

Great Service, Attention to Details

Tom Dickman and the mechanics always treat my car as if it was their own. Service is completed effectively and efficiently and the car is left in the same clean condition as it arrived. I appreciate the skill and their care they show me as a customer.
