Thumbs Up To Quality Auto Mall
I used to have my car serviced at the dealer where I bought my car. Then I tried QAM and I never went back. The service mgr kept me updated throughout my entire visit. I'll definately keep using them.

Frauds
If you don’t pay attention and question the service department , you are being scammed . Three times in the last couple if months for same issues that they initially installed Battery , tires , breaks under warranty minus the tires . This time for a recall and almost 5 days without a follow up . Scams , disappointed in Tom and Carlos

A fair price for guaranteed service
My 2016 Explorer water pump started to weep. I came to find that the engine needs to be lifted to properly access since it is integrated in the engine behind the timing chains. Though I had quotes for almost half from non-dealers, I did not choose those because if it is not sealed properly a failure can foul the whole engine. I shopped the dealerships and Quality Automall provided a fair estimate and time to get it serviced.

Fantastic dealership
I bought a 2018 Ford F150 Limited at Quality Auto Mall. My salesman was Paul Longano who was a pleasure to deal with. Paul suggested an extended warranty for the truck and because of all of the electronics on a F150 Limited, I thought it was a good idea, so I purchased it. The truck ran perfect, but an issue developed on 9-13 in the late evening. The sunroof jammed in the open position. Luckily there was no rain forecasted in the evening. I called early the next morning hoping that the service department could fix it right away. I spoke to Carlos Santana in service who told me he would check to see if they could squeeze me in. Fifteen minutes later, he asked me to bring the truck down at 12. I walked into the service department at 12 and spoke to Dan Sangirardi, he asked me to take a seat in the waiting room and he was going to have the service department evaluate the problem. Ten minutes late he told me that they were on it, had the parts to fix it and it would be done in 30-45 minutes. Service tech Joseph Schultz did the repair. My sunroof works just like new. I was amazed at how well the entire team at Quality worked and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you to all who made this an incredible experience, A five-star dealer all the way!!

Worst body shop ever!
if I could give zero stars, I would. it will be 3 months since they had my car, no one calls you to update you on anything, you have to be chasing them down to get an update and when they do give you an update, they don't tell you an estimate of when you will get your car only that it has so and so hours left and each week, you will get the same amount of hours. I swear there are like 2 workers there. you are paying for a car you cannot even drive and you try to explain how expensive it is to rent a car because the insurance only pays for 1 month and they tell you to shop around. they don't give loaner cars to collision vehicles, mind you that is a very broad term they use. pretty much anything outside of a warantee issue is a collison issue. Go elsewhere! they got paid so they take their sweet time. no consideration at all for their customers!

Worst service!! play with your time.
Worst service ever experience. Three month waiting for a reprogram recall and after arrange/ convine with truck service and after advice the tech that if we can do the recall i rather reschedule the service due to time constraints. They don't care about customers need only care about make $$. This is the second time that i had bad experience with Quality Auto mall. It looks like it is a common practice. Kept coming here because it was close to home but it is not worth it. #worstservice.
