Mark Layburn is Best!
My husband & I have been a loyal customer at Otis Ford for over 25 years. If it wasn't for Mark Layburn we would have tried a different style/make car. But Mark is an outstanding sales rep who goes beyond the call of duty for his clients. I have friends and family who also use Mark and feel the same way. He makes us feel like family and we trust him completely. As long as Mark is working at Otis Ford we will be customers. You are the best!

I have been a loyal customer since 1986. Although I have no complaints regarding the service department, Mark Layburn is the reason I keep coming back! He is honest and is always willing to go the extra mile to help me. He has never failed me when it came to solving a problem. Best Salesman
Been buying cars here since the late 1980's . Mark Layburn has been my salesman and I would recommend him to anyone. The service department has always been helpful especially Frank and Chris.

I find Mark to be an honest guy. Not trying to sell something that I didn't want. I found service to also be very honest got my car fixed right the first time .also want to thank John tamburino for helping me with my issue.

Amazing Experience !
Otis Ford is definitely worth a visit. Patience and thoughtfulness was demonstrated all through my experience! I walked into Otis Ford with a terrible situation and Matt quickly worked very hard to help me. I couldn’t be more pleased. I purchased a 2018 Ford Escspe . LOVE IT!!! The dealer is equipped with friendly and uplifting team members. Lou was another team member that helped along my deal. They made my first time shopping for a new car a blessing!! As a woman, I never felt more comfortable buying a car.
