Our 2016 Jeep Renegade was involved in an accident because of a "distracted driver". I looked at Zimmerman's inventory of vehicles on-line & chose a new Renegade with the options that I wanted. Luke was very helpful for weeks, looking for the perfect vehicle to fit my needs and budget. I will be recommending Zimmerman's to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle. There was no pressure which is the reason I chose Zimmerman's. My wife and I will definitely be using this dealership and Luke in the future, even being 1 hour away from our home with plenty of other dealerships in between. I bought a Jeep Wrangler and thought it was the best thing ever. Well after driving it for a week or so I didn't really love it. I wanted something more practical and comfortable. I looked at a few online and got ahold of Mike and he told me to come in and look. When I got there the one I really liked online wasn't as roomy as I thought. He suggested a Jeep Grand Cherokee which I never even considered. I didn't think I would like it at all. Well I love it and I am definitely very happy now. Mike never made me feel bad for coming back. He was more concerned that I wasn't 100% happy with the Wrangler and definitely picked me a winner. I really appreciated him and the great service this dealership offers.
