My appoint was scheduled with Jon, and he was not very pleasant. As I approached When I approached his desk, he walked away. As I explained that I may have scheduled my appointment incorrectly, he responded, “Yeah, I wouldn’t know either,” in a rude and dismissive manner. He was quick to tell me what the company did not do, rather than trying to assist. Jon was unpleasant from the very beginning of the interaction. I have been coming to Paul Miller for years, and this experience was extremely disappointing. If this is the level of customer service being represented, I would reconsider continuing to do business with the dealership. As the customer, I felt I was treated poorly and without respect.
