Worst experience ever...
Buyer be ware... If I could give this dealership less than a star I would. I was dealt with less respect for a customer than I deserved. I felt played and the sales person (not mentioning names) was rude during the negotiation process. I felt disrespected when the sales person said "2 + 2 doesn't equal 3". It's like calling me idiot or illiterate. I felt the loan they were to give me unfair so I went a different route and got my own loan which they clearly frowned up. I initially test drove the car and mentioned the rattle that I felt in the steering wheel and was told it would be handled prior to pick up. When I went to get the car, I test drove it first and when I felt the car to be unusual in the way the steering wheel felt, the sales person chuckled and said you are not buying a brand new car. For a $34000 car I sure would want to have a near new car. I looked past the scratches on the rear bumper and the imperfections on the doors as well as the odd messed up shifter trim. Upon return to the dealer the sales person proceeds with taking the keys and walking away. I honestly hate dealing with dealerships and while I dealt with many of them, this one by far was the worst. I don't believe a customer should be talked to in that way and not even given options when expressing a concern with the brakes. I mean, what dealership is okay giving out a car with defected brakes on a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED??? STAY AWAY!!!

Amazing experience.
Our experience was top notch. We had just dealt with another Sufi dealership in Millburn NJ and had s miserable experience. Tri State Audi surpassed my expectations. I can’t say enough what an enjoyable experience we had!!

Easiest way to buy a car!
Buying a car at Paul Miller Audi is a very easy experience. From the paperwork with Michael S. to the excellent training session by Peter Wendell. This is my seventh experience with Peter and like fine wine, it get's better every time, even though you don't think that it could possibly get better. Peter knows what I like and I bought the car in between other customers on a busy holiday weekend. What more can I say? You guys rock!!!!
