A Classy Business

Always accommodating and generally a short wait to schedule appts. I live an hour away and usually need a loaner, which is free, so I have zero complaints. The only comment I would make is in general, any dealer work is on the expensive side.

AUDI SERVICES & CUSTOMER COMMITTMENT

Each and every visit to this dealership on Route 46 is "Fabulous". You get immediate attention and ever person employed there doesn't know what else to do for you! After I leased my Audi A4 (which I have a year now), about 3-4 weeks later, my husband leased his Audi A6! We love them. Now my husbands sister leased her Audi Q5 (truck) in January and loves it. We are a complete Audi family. Our dealer Dean Brauchli was "Awesome" and did a great job in helping all of us make quick decisions and took time to explain everything about the car. Something we never had anyplace else. Natasha in your Service Dept. is terrific also. Prompt to be sure we were happy with the services we received. Again, no other dealership offered this to us at any time. Thanks again for making us a "Happy" Audi family!!

Kind, Courteous, responsive, and open to negotiating.

I was very pleased with my experience. They were open to discuss pricing, functionality of the car, email conversations rather than in person initially. All very good

First Service

My new 2016 is on warranty and came in for its first service - - the 5,000 mile. No additional problems identified on this first trip in (perhaps not surprising given how new it is). The service rep was friendly and efficient at 7:30 in the morning. My wait was short and the waiting area comfortable.
