This rating is meant for the Bountiful Mazda Service Department. My wife (who speaks little english) took our Mazda CX5 in for a routine oil change and left spending $738.00!!!! I was at work and could not instruct to say no! I was outraged when I found out Bountiful Mazda Scammed my Japanese wife out of $738.00! Keep in mind the vehicle is 2 years old! I took my 2007 Nissan Sentra into Ken Garf for new Roters and break pads, oil change, and new key fob, and was out the door for $550. What the xxxx costs $750.00 to fix on a NEW Vehicle that YOU sold us? I am outraged

Either completely uneducated sales team, repair team, and
Either completely uneducated sales team, repair team, and management or they are all dishonest. (You can arrive at your own verdict but I now have mine). Purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from B.M., have had it serviced by them every 3500 miles with the "premium oil" and was told by multiple individuals there during a recent scheduled service that the motor was shot and that I need a new car, (the car has under 100K on miles). Without spelling out all of the details I then took my car to a reputable mechanic, he put $1000 dollars parts and labor into the motor fixing and servicing every needed component, then re-tested it and all indicators pointed to a perfectly functioning motor. I have now been driving it for some time and all is back to normal. I have my conclusion and opinion from both the blatant stupidity and lack of knowledge of most of the workforce at Bountiful Mazda, or is the real vein that runs this place fueled be ease and complete dishonesty? I am seeing that Bountiful Mazda checks off all of these ill character traits! Caveat Emptor - do not trust this dealer, ever! Overtly incompetent dealership and staff.

I recently purchased a 2024 CX50.
I recently purchased a 2024 CX50. In December. I had read many reviews on the vehicle and was quite pleased with what I saw, so decided to purchase. Since I picked up the car, it has locked me out 4 times. No response from the key fob or touch control to gain access. Short of dismantling the fob to get to a physical key I could not get in. I've taken it to the dealership twice and told nothing is wrong. Long story short, the car stranded me in Payson Utah, about 100 miles from home. Could not open doors for 15 minutes and when I finally could, engine would not start because of "key not detected". This was the last straw, I went back to a Mercedes, should never have considered a Mazda.

Deposit lost for nothing
And expensive lesson learned as most dealers will refund a deposit if you decide not to buy. Not this one! All I can say is don't put a deposit down unless you absolutely know you'll love the car. I didn't, I walked away, and I lost $500 for nothing.

I had my battery replaced. They got me right in. Service from Scott was honest, impeccable and friendly. Extremely clean service area. Courtesy drinks are excellent in comfortable waiting area. I always have a an enjoyable experience here.

Slow and lack of response
Slow and unresponsive when asked questions through email. The salesman tried to "hook" me by sending an email alluding to a better price, but the price drop was insignificant (the price went down by $3).
