From the moment I walked into the showroom until I left...

From the moment I walked into the showroom until I left with my car the next day, I felt as though I was a part of the family. I never once felt as though I was a sale. Everyone was welcoming and warm. Henry answered all my questions with honesty and intelligence. I haven't purchased a car in ten years and he made the whole process go very smoothly for me. When a glitch was noticed with the final price, Henry offered a solution that allowed me to drive my new Sebring home that day. I'd definitely recommend Riverdale Chrysler Jeep to anyone interested in a new or used car int he NYC. Thanks, guys!

Overall process of purchase

I had 2 different cars in mind through cars.com that I saw on their web site. Went down, test drove both. My sakes person seemed to be knowledgeable and was very laid-back. As a timid buyer, I did not feel pressured which made it easy for me to make my decision. I worked out my payments with the manager and left with the manager a left with my wrangler that same day. This was only my 2nd time purchasing a car, but it wasn't a fairly easy process. It was certainly easier than the first time. No red flags here!!

Good dealership

I had no major issues with this dealer. At this place, they were helpful, responsive, and the car and price were good. Minor issues included horrible wipers, an undisclosed broken cup holder cover, and a delay in sending the registration. I've only bought 2 used cars before, and I'm not a very good negotiator. Both times they tried the numerous tricks to make it seem they were coming down on price, but I knew these were smokescreens, but I eventually got tired and just bought the car. Facilities were a little tight, but what isn't in NYC?

Margie Vazquez was everything that a good salesperson...

Margie Vazquez was everything that a good salesperson should be: Friendly, knowledgable, efficient and honest. My husband and I felt that we could trust her right from the start, over the phone, before we even met her. Riverdale Chrysler Jeep offered us our 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan with leather interior at 4000 less than a 2009 model with cloth interior and 10,000 extra miles we had seen at another dealer. The price was right, the customer service solid and our overall experience not to be beat. We have been recommending Margie and Riverdale Chrysler to everyone that compliments us on our car. Thanks Margie!!!!!

Riverdale Jeep treated me like I mattered. My sale person made me feel comfortable. She was so caring and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be there to purchase my next jeep in 2-3 years. Great Dealership! Great Salesperson and Finance Manager. Thank you for everything.

Ms Vazquez was very helpful and patient in helping me get the best auto deal I could get. I was on my lunch break not really looking to purchase a vehicle, but I spotted my Jeep Liberty and was interested. With Ms. Vazquez assistance, Iam now the proud owner of the Jeep Liberty and Iam very happy.

Margie Vasquez is the Sales person that we worked with,...

Margie Vasquez is the Sales person that we worked with, she was amazing from the start. She was upfront and honest with us (which was extremely refreshing as we had been dealing with many other dealers who were far from that), very friendly, and she made us feel like she was working to get the best deal for us. Unlike other dealers she did not lie to us about the availability of the vehicle just to get us through the door, and she had no problem arranging a test drive for us when we requested it. She even came into work on her day off so that we could pick up the the car as soon as it was ready. We will definitely be recommending Margie to our friends and family - she is an excellent representation of Jeep and we will definitely contact her as soon as we are ready to purchase our Grand Cherokee. Her manager, Bobby, was also great and upfront with us about the cost of the vehicle. We did not feel as though he was trying to be deceitful in any way since for the most part what he told us was consistent with out previously conducted research. The only issue that came up was with our trade-in vehicle - we had uncovered a different price through our research than what he was offering; but even in that situation he was able to explain his reasoning and we were eventually able to reach a price that we were all fairly comfortable with. Jason, the Finance Manager was also great. From our experience with Finance Managers they are very pushy, and eager to get you to sign a bunch of paperwork without allowing you to read it and fully understand what you are agreeing to. Jason was not like this at all, he took his time with us, allowed us to read documents with additional explanations from him and answered any questions that we had to our satisfaction. Overall, our experience at Riverdale Jeep was surprisingly excellent. Margie has since followed up with us to ensure the smooth running of the Compass (we had some concerns about a grinding sound from the brakes), which is much appreciated. Had we known, or even suspected that we could get this kind of service here we would have saved a lot of time and energy (and stress). Thank you to Margie, Bobby and Jason for making our experience with Jeep a great one - we will be back!

I went in to just look at some used trucks and got a good deal on my trade in and the used wrangler I purchased. I just want to say that for your time and efforts getting me my deal.

Was very pleased by everyone their...they were able to get me into the Jeep that we wanted for the price that we were able to afford...the salesman Luis did everything in his power to help us...the enitre dealship realy laid out the "red capart" for my husband and I...have already been back for service and it was in and out
