Zero support of my lemon!
I bought a used Escalade ESV premium from Stadium Cadillac from Alan Bott in sales. The list of misleading salesmanship is unforgivable. The list of problems on this vehicle are all very serious and expensive repairs. Running boards falling off and acting as aircraft wings, suspension failures, dvd system has never worked, the air bags are disabled, and now with modest mileage the engine needs rebuilt. Stadium has has done nothing to support. They ignore me. Pretend I don’t exist. But I have a plan. My giant roving vehicle is soon to become a billboard!! :) avoid Staium Cadillac in Salem, Ohio. Avoid anyone that ever hire a thief like Alan Bott. Bott will lie unimaginably, he meets every definition of xxxxxxx salesman.

We had this customers vehicle in our shop. Even though his warranty was out we still took care of him.
We tried to help this customer. As a matter of fact, his vehicle is here getting fixed!
Oh my goodness. The dealership is not telling the truth. First, the dealership never responded after year one. I told the inquiring salesman nick sugar of my dismay and suggested he refer the issues to upper management. I never even got a response. The following year I was simply looking at their website and seeing the prices vehicles. It was clear that Nick Sugar had contacted me within a temple days apparently oblivious to our previous year conversation. I did have a phone conference with Nick and his boss. I never took my vehicle back to stadium. My vehicle never went in the shop. My solution was to exchange my vehicle for a like vehicle that did not have so many issues. I did not want to finance a different vehicle. I did not want to purchase the new hundred thousand dollar version they had suggested. And they did say they would follow up. Of course, They did not. My problems were never resolved. Since that date I have even attempted through this service department to find part numbers and or suppliers that actually manufactured the running boards that are falling off. I also tried to find the manufacture of the DVD system, it does not work. It never has worked. The service department stated they did not give out part numbers or suppliers. I still have the same vehicle that continues to give me daily problems. Worse, stadium Cadilac in Salem now has Nick Sugar, a distrustful salesman that is willing to lie in the response to a review online much like Alan Bott that originally sold me the vehicle. Yikes.
Yes. To be fair my vehicle is at the same Cadillac dealership being serviced. There was an incident and the repairs are being managed under an insurance claim. However, I must say that Paul, who is overseeing pretty significant damages has been great. He has gone out of his way to make certain that everything is being taken care of very well. He has kept a very open communication line with me. And he has helped me resolve many of the issues that I have had with this vehicle since it’s purchase. I had hoped this would be the case when I had it towed back to the same dealership. I must congratulate their service and autobody department, most especially Paul, for doing such a nice job of taking care of these many problems. Now I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Cadillac them selves will warrant the engine failures. Thank you stadium.
Alan Bott 2013 Escalade esv prem Alan Bott Lemon
I should have asked more questions. But I’m a long time customer. I didn’t think the dealership would let a salesman screw me. They dumped a bad Escalade on me. Moreover, their solution is for me to buy another vehicle. Save yourself, drive to Cleveland. And if Alan Bott works for the dealership, run away!! He is a con man. Willing to lie and mislead is not what modern car sales should be when internet purchases are the mechanism. I searched the Internet and this dealership handed me to a cheater, a liar, to dump a bad truck. They let it happen. A $40k screw job!!

Good Morning Mr. Horvath, I have spoke to you on the phone several times to get this settled with you. Alan Bott no longer works here. I've talked to you several times to try and trade you out of that vehicle but you would not come into the dealership. I know that Nick Sugar has talked to you several times to try and help you. We have been more willing to help you with this matter.
Sold Vehicle From Underneath Me While On The Phone
Please be advised that I had contacted Stadium GM on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 via an internet inquiry regarding a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer I was interested in. I followed up with a phone call on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 and spoke with Fred Russo, We discussed the vehicle I was inquiring about on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and this morning, with phone calls and texts. I was receiving required information about the vehicle and purchase and was negotiating in good faith. I made an offer on Saturday and said I would give a $1,000.00 deposit on Monday. Fred followed up with a counter-offer Monday morning and I said we could meet in the middle and I was ready to give him a deposit at that point. Fred even texted me the service invoices of work recently completed and texted me letting me know that the two (2) Front tires were recently replaced. After our last correspondence, I did not hear from him for approximately three (3) Hours and when I finally received a response from him, he said he would let me know tomorrow as there was a deal written on the vehicle with a deposit. Needless to say I was shocked, as stated previously I was negotiating in good faith and was going to give him a deposit on the vehicle. I called Fred and spoke to him and was confused on how the vehicle could be sold, when I was working with him. He said he could write an “alternate deal”, whereas if the first deal did not go through, he would contact me letting me know. I told him I was treated poorly regarding this deal, was intentionally ignored and was disappointed in how he handled it. I am truly disheartened in how poorly I was treated by Stadium GM on my attempted purchase of this vehicle. I am taken aback by the treatment of Stadium GM toward their customers, especially when I tried to pay a deposit twice. I feel I was treated unfairly and disrespectful when all I was trying to do was spend my hard earned money on a vehicle I was interested in. I am hoping that Stadium GM does not treat all their customers in this manner and they would do what is needed to earn their customers trust and business back.

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Bill Barnett and I'm the BDC/Internet director at Stadium GM. I did get with Fred Russo regarding your complainant and he states that he has been working with you since the 14th of August. During the 7 days that you were negotiating back and forth on a price you had never put a deposit down on this vehicle. I have 16 other sales people here and until we receive a deposit the vehicle is available for sale. I understand that you two were going back and forth on a price and still no deposit. A sales call came in yesterday on this vehicle and another salesmen took the call. At this time, the sales person went to go check and see if the vehicle was still available. The used car manager said that we have several people interested in this vehicle but we do not have a deposit on it. So at this time, the other sales person called back the customer to let them know that the vehicle was available. He then took a deposit on this vehicle until they can come to the dealership

I attempted to provide a deposit to Fred on two (2) Occasions and was ignored. I have the texts saved to confirm this to whoever would like to review them. I also reached out to the upper management so we could discuss this amicably, but no one has responded. The facts are I was ignored because Fred was able to sell the vehicle for more money and could care less about the sale we were negotiating at the time and purposely ignored me so he could do so. You lost one customer out of your questionable deceptive sales tactics & hopefully I am able to get through to a few more to stay away from your dealership so the same thing does not happen to them. Extremely disappointed in Stadium GM, its salespeople and its questionable sales policies. I am certain if your owner was privy to this information, he would have never allowed this to happen.

WHERE DO I START...JUST TERRIBLE
Since one star is the lowest that is what I will rate. Obviously reviews are all opinionated and go off each persons experience but I prayerfully encourage people who read reviews, don't touch this place with a ten foot pole. I won't even go into extreme detail but first off you put a vehicle on the lot that's not mechanically cleared. They tell you "oh the vehicle was cleared and checked before it hit the lot" okay so if that's the case you knew this vehicle had problems and put it out there anyway??.. Or are you lying about having it checked..?? Which one.. That's something I would expect to hear from a used car lot by the name of honest bobs sales not from a big time dealer... The vehicle had tires that were almost completely bald still put on the lot as well as a issue with the exhaust where previous owner did some very ridiculous that can't even be explained. They even put the vehicle on the lot with a broken mirror, that's something you expect at honest bobs used but not abused car sales not of a dealership of this caliber. It's so much more I could include: my direct salesman before I even looked at vehicle gave me a price, next day family members go down notice the problems as mentioned above and get told the price, go back the following day and for them to repair the issues now you want that price plus taxes even though that's not what was discussed initially. After going back and forth, they call and offer a counter all for me to find out later that somebody put a deposit on the vehicle and I've been talking to you all morning. That person just didn't walk off the street and stay in the dealer for 2 mins, what did you waste my time for calling me and telling the price I need to pay out of pocket for?? Again I prayerfully encourage anybody stay away from this place there are other dealerships that at least won't put a vehicle on the lot like this expect customers to pay the price, but then again they will find somebody who doesn't know about cars and they will pay full price and fees not knowing what they got into.

My Mom's leasing went extremely well. The Lease salesman went above and beyond in helping to make sure we had the best deal and experience during the process. Thanks Stadium GM.

Waste of time & resources!
Called @ Noon....told car was there & available. Told Salesperson Please Call Me if car sells before 5:00 as I need an hour to drive there directly after work. What happens?? After my long drive... of course, car was sold. Not a good way to run your used car department. Manager never even made an appearance to apologize.

Our salesman Joe called this customer and explained to him that he missed the dent on the back of the trunk. Joe told the customer that he would fix the dent before he came to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. The customer said that would be fine.
This place is a joke . They sell junk. TheY all must be liars . Because what they say in response to my review is not even close to what has happened. Stay away from them .
