I had to drive to the dealership twice for service and inspection. They didn’t have tires in stock for vehicles they sale. They were supposed to call when they received the tires but didn’t I had to call after. They didn’t replace all 4 tires and it was warranty work. I was stuck with buying the rear tires. AWD vehicles need all 4 replaced. I contacted Subaru and they were happy to assist me with the bill

This was my first time visiting the W&L dealership.
This was my first time visiting the W&L dealership. Very impressed with the facility, inventory and employees. Corey Balliet was waiting for my arrival at the reception area. Showed me the two vehicles I had enquired about. Decided which one to test drive. Liked the vehicle and proceeded to purchase. What I liked most was the no pressure sales approach. From the trade offer to the paperwork to the explaining of the car features and what W&L service offers. Corey was very professional.

I went into W&L Subaru looking to test drive a GMC Acadia
I went into W&L Subaru looking to test drive a GMC Acadia that they had on their lot and was pleasantly surprised by the Staff and Atmosphere. I was greeted by Curt and he quickly went and retrieved the Acadia for me. I told them my price range for payments that i can afford and Curt did everything he could to make it happen. Even giving me $500 over what i asked for for my trade in. After we came to an agreement Curt assisted in installing my kids car seat in the new car and we were on our way. After about two weeks of driving the Acadia I noticed the AC wasn’t working which ended up being a busted AC line so they told me to bring it in to be fixed no charge. They also supplied me with a loaner car free of charge. Their service is exceptional and polite. I would recommend anyone to W&L and look for Curt when you arrive!
