As always service was great! However, I was not called...

As always service was great! However, I was not called that my vehicle was ready for pick up so until I arrived at the dealership the Service Department was closed. One of my issues was the Blind Spot Detection System (which I had unknowingly turned OFF myself). Kevin in the Sales Department walked me to my car and explained in my Model year (2018 Outback) every light on the dash has a button to turn it ON/OFF. Now I know-Thanks Kevin!

Didn’t offer me a good price for trade. After checking Kelly Blue book it was worth $2,000. more than what I got. My fault, should have checked before I went there. You would think a returning customer would get good deal.

Some are higher, and some are lower, and we do our best to calculate from these disparate sources a trade value that the customer will love. We're very sorry you no longer feel this value was good. Great dealership to work with. They are not price gougers like some of the other local dealers in my area. Worked out a very fair deal quickly and efficiently. Dale Long was great to work with for sure.
