Junior Villanueva and his manager Bill Murillo helped me out with my early term lease recently. The whole thing was done in less than an hour and I got a great deal. Genuinely friendly and helpful, the whole experience was great from start to finish.

Went in for service and i was greeted in a timely fashion, directed properly. I had a good experience, and I would recommend going there.

As a dealership, they have some areas of opportunity to work on. I have brought my car in for various issues over the last 4 years and nearly half the time I would get my car back with a different issue that came up. (For example: I brought my car in for the remote starter acting up and when I got my car back, I would hear screaching sounds. Every time I would address it with the dealership, they would tell me it's just a little rust which they've "cleaned off" and I should be good to go. The next 2 times I had oil changes done, I would mention it and got the same response. It wasn't until several months later when I was told that I needed new front and rear brakes, along with rotors and back drums. If they told me ahead of time, I'm sure it wouldn't have gone to that extreme of needing all that stuff.) Another issue was that I had brought my car for an oil change, tire rotation, fix my trunk door that wasn't opening and to fix one of my windows which wasn't opening. When I picked my car up, only an oil change was done and window issue was fixed. I found out the hard way that my rear hatch wasn't fixed, when I was trying to load several huge bags of mulch in my car at the Home Depot parking lot. I had to make another appointment for rear hatch and tire rotation, so thank God they're car rental process is simple. It's sad that there aren't many dealer options to choose from in the Little Falls area. The 2 most awesome service advisors (and the primary reason why this dealership deserves 3 starts instead of 1) are Joe P. and Danny P. These 2 guys gave me follow up calls while my vehicle was getting worked on and really made me feel valued. Another kudos goes to Heather who works in car rentals. She always goes above and beyond. When I went to pick up my car and noticed an issue and refused to drive it out of the dealership, she was able to accomodate me immediately.

I walked into the dealer completely prepared with what I wanted and I walked out with exactly that!! Erik was like a superhero from the start! He asked me what I wanted, asked me what I knew and what I had questions about and made what I wanted his priority. I was upfront with my trade, what I wanted to pay and what I expected and Erik kept that in mind the whole time. He did not try to put me in something I didn't ask for and he did not push any added options beyond what I said I wanted. When it came time for the finance department to do their part, Erik kept them well informed of what I was able to pay and was able to negotiate what I needed quickly without a ton of back and forth. I have had the car for less than two weeks and I have no regrets. I have already recommended Erik and Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge to two others who are in the market for new Jeeps. Erik followed up a few days after I purchased my car to make sure I was happy with the purchase and I would not hesitate to contact him if I have any questions going forward. Overall, this was a very successful experience and I would recommend the dealer and Erik for anyone in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge!

Experience with the dealer and our associate RJ Salas was positive from the moment we walked in the door. Receptionist to finance dealer, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be a customer in the future again!!!

I just started leasing a car here. My salesman was JR Villanueva. The team manager was Bill Murillo. JR started with me having a very casual conversation. The purpose seemed to be to make me feel comfortable but at the same time determine how serious I was about leasing a car. When JR started out his numbers were not near what I was looking to do. I had stepped away to take a phone call. When I came back Bill was sitting at the desk. They knew I was serious and if I didn't get a car there, I was going to get a car somewhere else. Bill asked me the same question. He let me know that whatever number I threw out he would crunch through it and see if he could do it. It was a discussion and a negotiation but they really worked with me to get into a lease. The lease was not far off from what I wanted in the first place. If you are going to go in here with a reasonable expectation, you will be walking out of there extremely happy.

I have purchased several cars from Jeep Dodge Chrysler, but this time it wasn't for me. Since i've always received great service with Marvin, I decided to share the good word. Although my friend was unable to purchase a vehicle today, she will definitely return to this dealership when shes ready to purchase a car. Thanx again Marvin for your patience.

Another great experience at this dealership. My wife and I are happy with our new Jeep Cherokee. Everything went well and we didn't stay too long. Our salesman, Ricardo made the process painless and smooth. Everyone was pleasant and professional. We will definitely return in the future.

I have purchased many cars over the years but this simply had to be the best experience. The salesperson ( Gabe) was outstanding and really wanted to help me purchase the best vehicle for my needs. We were treated as his only Customer with no interruptions. A knowledgeable salesperson who clearly explained the features and answered all questions given to him I was quite impressed by this Dealership and the Sales team.
