Had car I was looking for ready when I arrived. Very friendly dealership with no pressure whatsoever. Bob Metzer and Dylan were extremely helpful in explaining everything about the car. Very fair trade in value for my car. It could not have been a better experience. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. Took our F150 in for the recommended spark plug change and now the truck is not running properly. There is no doubt in my mind that they screwed it up by not changing them per specs. This is not the first time they tried to bilk us. Should have not gone back.

The owner of this place (Bobby Metzer) called me a Mother F***** and wanted to fight me in the showroom. They DO NOT help you at all. They are extremly rude. I bought a 2002 Honda Accord from them 1 month ago, and have had several problems that they so-called fixed. Nope still have the same two problems. Took it back and same story, not fixed. this is the third time i will be taking the car back to them to fix. Please save your money and go to a respected car dealer. Metzers didn't even give the car a visual safety inspection before they sold the car to us. They LIED to us from the beginning.

Contacted the dealer to order a rim for my Ford. The first person that I spoke with at the dealership assured me that I could get the part the next day. I called the next day to check on my order, spoke with another person who told me it would be two more days. Two days later, I called, spoke with a third person, who told me that my part would not be available for another 6 weeks. I ordered through them because of the initial promise of next day service and ended up without my car for a week, waiting on a part readily available at other dealerships. I will never deal with them again.
