My Alfa buying experience

I would highly recommend Miller Motors to anyone who is in the market for a Alfa Romeo Gulia. I was able to buy the exact model that I wanted with no problems. I contacted other Alfa dealers in the area and they did not have the model that I wanted in stock. My sales rep Sean Williams was very knowledgeable about the car and very helpful in getting me a good price. I am a very satisfied customer.

Great experience

Went looking for a new car and met with Sean, our Sales Specialist. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable which made the experience enjoyable. No sales pressure, just a great overall experience!

Maserati of Westport

Tried to book a service appointment with Maserati of Westport for my 2017 QP on 10/3/18 , very rude and poor customer service, the lady who books appointments refused to offer me a loaner for a 3 hours service telling me they don"t know who I am and I did not buy the car from them !!!, spoke with service manager who tried to be reasonable The QP is a great car, to get it serviced is another story, sub par customer service compared to any other car brand I ever experienced. To conclude, if you wish to get disrespected, frustrated and treated very poorly then please contact Maserati of Westport to service your car

Best experience ever!

I live in Virginia Beach and my husband and I traveled to Miller to buy an Alfa Romeo. I was worried about buying a car I had not seen nor driven but Miller had the exact car we had been searching for and our salesman Dennis assured us that we would love it. Well, not only do I love it but I can truly say it was the best and easiest car buying experience of my life! Dennis had everything ready to go when we got there(even highlighted the important stuff). After showing us how to work all the bells and whistles, he told us where we could go grab some lunch and let us know he would be there should we have any questions. So thrilled with the car AND Dennis! Thank you Miller. We will be buying from you again!!

Happy, but still looking.

They are very prompt and efficient on responding to a vehicle search. I have not purchased a vehicle but would expect a smooth transaction with this company.

What else can a Customer ask for!

Entering Miller Motors is like being in a car show where customers can browse an extensive inventory and compare a large variety of models. The stores, garages, and exhibition spaces are full of the most reknown car makers, and you have the option to look at new or used cars. My experience at Miller Motors was guided by Katie Koroleva, Sales Specialist for Bentley. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and kept me updated of the inventory of these elegantly crafted vehicles, in order to select the right fit. At her suggestion, and under no pressure, I test drove two similar models before deciding on a 2015 Bentley. The 2015 Bentley Continental GTC V8 Convertible was delivered to me in impeccable condition with an extended warranty. They coordinated all the necessary steps, and followed up to make sure of a smooth shipping and delivery of the car to Florida. That truly shows the excellence of Katie and Miller Motors Customer Service. What else can a Customer ask for!

BUYING MY FIRST FERRARI

I PURCHASED MY FIRST FERRARI FROM THIS DEALER AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. MY DEALINGS WERE WITH FERRARI SPECIALIST, ALEX DeLUCA, WHO WAS A TOTAL DELIGHT. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND WENT BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS IN SEVERAL AREAS WHERE I HAD CONCERNS. AS A 76 YEAR OLD CAR GUY I HAVE OWNED MANY HIGH PERFORMANCE AUTOMOBILES AND RACED ALOT OF THEM. ALEX FIRST CONVINCED ME OF THE VALUE OF BUYING A FERRARI FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND NOT ON THE OPEN MARKET. AS WE GOT INTO OUR DEALINGS, I READILY SAW THE BENFITS HE ADVISED ME OF. I CANNOT BE MORE HAPPY THAT I DEALT WITH HIS COMPANY AND ALEX AS A PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RATE BOTH ABOVE 5 STARS AND GIVE THEM A+++++++++. BUD STONER SOUTH CAROLINA

Exceptional Sales Service

I recently purchased my second supercar, Ferrari 488 GTB, from Miller Motors, and they has exceptional sales team. Nick, our sales specialist, very helpful, friendly, and professional. We took the pain staking time to walk us through all the spec options and guide us through the process. Maserati of Westport - Wonderful Experience

I worked with Peter Molony mostly, but his whole team was great. It was the most straight forward transaction and compared to competitive offers that Westport wasn't even aware we were enetertaining in Manhattan and North Jersey, the pros at Westport and especially Peter delivered the best pricing and most polite service experience. I will only do business with Peter for the foreseeable future, including for equipping our home in Florida. Truly a white glove exlerience.
