Went with my friend to look for a car, worked with Sami she is awesome, friendly and never pressured my friend at all. She listened to my friends concerns and what price range would work best for her. I would recommend this dealership and definitely will ask for Sami if I go back to look into buying for myself.

Trade in and new purchase
Had the privilege of working with DJ. He was a great salesman, making sure all our boxes were checked, and getting things into the price range we needed. Never felt like we were being twisted into anything, or like any information was being manipulated. Would definitely recommend DJ to anyone.

Connor in service was great to deal with. We had our car towed in and he had the service department on it and fixed the same day. He had great communication and I would highly recommended asking for him if you need service work on your vehicle.

Greatest Dealership Ever!
I absolutely love Young KIA Dealership! I purchased a Serento last year. The process was very seemless. I didn’t feel I had to negotiate the price as it was already a great value. I was given two years of oil changes and other service items. When I take it in for any service there is always someone there to greet me and take my car after I get in to the waiting area. They are always on time if not ahead of time. The entire staff is extremely helpful. The entire dealership sparkles every time I’ve ever been in. The Service Department is outstanding! I won’t go anywhere else!

Ignorance or untruthful?
The salesman, Scott Winn, gave us poor buying experience. It was either ignorance on his part or a desire to not be truthful that lead to this. We were told that the vehicle we wanted to purchase had new tires and rotors put on it. He even proceed to tell us how much they cost to put on the tires with labor to let us know of the value we were getting for the vehicle. The agreement we came to was an out-the-door price. He circled it and wrote OTD. Come to find out...he subtracted the down payment from that and also told us of fees we had to have. Once we began taking about to the Finance employee, the additional fees were not necessary. We later complained as the numbers didn't add up after we left. Working with customer service, it was determined that the tires were only rotated and an alignment was done. No new tires.

Very fake and not trustworthy
Do not ever go through them unless you have absolutely everything prepared yourself. Don't trust them to take care of anything for you. The moment your paperwork is signed you mean nothing to them. If you want things fixed about your car, don't take them at their word. Do not sign your documents until they've fixed it. Also, if they offer towing for your trade in vehicle, it's a lie Unless you have a place to store the car for 2 months for them to take it. You affording monthly payments doesn't even make it to the bottom of their list of priorities. As long as they can get you approved, they will now only care about getting you to shut up and give them your money. After that they barely feel the need to pretend they care about you or your situation. Their sales tactics are extremely transparent and insulting like cheap parlour tricks (family photo albums, forcing a warranty down your throat, etc.) and you almost feel inclined to pretend to fall for them just to make it less awkward. Car dealerships are supposed to make their customers feel like they really ARE still customers. This dealership will up and leave like a cheap call girl as soon as you give them money.

I would like to express my thanks to Jared Price, Sean Sallade, and all the Young KIA staff for making me feel like their Number one customer. I had a hard time deciding what vehicle was the right one for me. Jared, Sean, and many others dedicated hours of their time working in my behalf. The car buying experience can be stressful, but not when dealing with this group of professionals. Young KIA in Layton is a "haven of rest" where you can do business with trusted friends. I bought two new KIA's and a third used Ford Escape from Young KIA. They are always my first stop. Another reason I choose Young KIA is their service department.
