In for 2 warranty issues- knew what warranty we needed

We just bought a 2025 Ford Maverick. From start to finish the experience was the best. Gavin is the best!! Appreciate the whole Lee Sapp experience, from the service dept, parts dept to the front desk.

Little nerve-wracking buying a car but Gavin made it

Little nerve-wracking buying a car but Gavin made it easy--friendly and answered all of my questions. He explained everything I wanted to know. Same with signing the paperwork. Wish I remembered the woman's name )-: She made the process calm, relaxed, and understandable. Bought my last Ford when I lived out of state and comparatively, that woman was not "small town nice."
