Excellent service and helpful staff.
I brought my Ford Edge on a recall. It was assessed immediately; determined to be safe, but Ford wanted the service upgrade anyway. A convenient schedule was determined and a loaner car was provided to meet my needs. My Edge was serviced and ready for me in just a few hours. I probably did not really need the loaner car, which was more of a luxury car than I anticipated, but I did enjoy driving it!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus from sharpnack ford. My salesman was Patrick Hartnett. He did a very good job and I was completely satisfied with the service at sharpnack! I will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle in the future!

Great service
We sent the car in for an alignment and new tires. The new tires were great the alignment however was quite straight. Your staff however made it right and they did it with no questions asked it was done in a timely manner and we had a replacement car to drive while it was being done
