Honestly the best buying experience I have had in 40

Honestly the best buying experience I have had in 40 years. Helpful, honest and not trying to fleece every single dollar they can get out of you. From start to finish Bryce was professional and responsive, Dave in financing didn't push to sell more. Over all, a delightful experience.

The experience was great.

The experience was great. No pressure salespersons, very fienly and knowledgeable about the vehicles that were suggested to me based on price range. The process went very smoothly and quickly and they gave me lots of fun stuff for my new car.

I wanted a Mustang GT manual and the pickings were slim

I wanted a Mustang GT manual and the pickings were slim around Twin Falls, Idaho. Even Boise didn't have anything I liked. I found a car I liked at Ed Kenley and reached out. Now, granted, I do have excellent credit but they made the process easy. In a few days the car was in my driveway trucked up by itself. It's an awesome machine and I can see why there aren't many around. A pure enthusiast second car. It could be a daily driver but I think I'll keep my 4x4 pickup as well. Anyway, Ed Kenley is a pro outfit. Ask for Andrew.

I had an outstanding experience with Ed Kenley Ford,

I had an outstanding experience with Ed Kenley Ford, specifically with Mike Whicker. I was a walk-on and Mike was low pressure, allowing me to decide if I liked the truck or not and while the truck was not initially overpriced, he was still responsive and supportive in meeting me on selling price and my trade-in value. I was able to leave without any pressure or browbeating and with 2 quick texts, we had a deal. The next business day, I was in and out in just over an hour (filling application and sales/registration docs) with a truck I love. Finance was easy and there was no hard press for upsell or dealer-installed features I don't want. Smoothest vehicle purchase out of ~20 vehicles I've owned.

The dealership is not honest in there dealings.

The dealership is not honest in there dealings. Recently purchased a $52,000 used truck with low miles and was told it was very clean and in good shape. Flew into pick it up and they had me do all the paperwork without showing me the truck or disclosing anything. When I was leaving I had to ask them to give me copies of the paperwork which they then did. Upon driving it home I found out there is an oil leak. When I called them they said that they knew about it and didn't think it was a big deal. I called him the next day to tell him that this was leaking and they needed to fix it. Or then told me that they're sorry but there's nothing they can do and that I should have looked at it before I bought it. I can't believe they would do business this way and I suggest you find another place to buy you next week.

BUYERS BEWARE!

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a used F350 on January 25, 2024. As I reside in Idaho but was away for work, I had the paperwork sent to me in California. A few days later, I picked up the truck at their dealership in Layton, UT and drove it back to Idaho. The next morning, I discovered it was leaking oil. Upon contacting my salesperson, who was initially cooperative, I learned that the inspection sheet noted oil seepage, a detail I was not informed about. The issue is more than a seep, as it's actively leaking onto my driveway. I requested a resolution, such as returning the truck or having it repaired, but received no response. Despite multiple attempts, including calls, emails, and texts, the communication remained unresponsive. Finally, after reaching out to the salesperson, the manager was supposed to contact me but failed to do so. I finally had a conversation with Brett Kenley, who said he would look into the manner and personally call me back. He didn't, instead I eventually received a reply to my email from the used car manager Shane Walton, he stated, "I'm sorry, Brandon, this truck was sold as-is with no warranty. All sales are final. I wish you would have taken more time to have it checked out by a third party. We always allow customers to have vehicles checked out by their own mechanics." This lack of disclosure and the failure to follow up on promises has been a significant disappointment.
