It was all good except that I had to come back since they didnt have the part in stock.

I went into Reineke looking for a vehicle after I had just been discharged from Bankruptcy. I thought it would be a lost cause but to my surprise they were able to approve me and I was able to purchase a 2013 Ford Escape. Kacey Spence was my salesman and was so helpful answering all my questions and explaining the entire process. He also explained everything with the vehicle and all the gadgets that I was not familiar with. Jack Should was the finance manager and was able to get me financing with a down payment and payments that I could easily afford. Reineke Ford and their staff are an amazing group and I am so happy to have drove fro Toledo to Findlay to deal with such an amazing group of people. You will never have a better experience anywhere else.

I found the truck I wanted online called the dealer and Kasey Spence answered the phone. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. 2 days later I drove to the dealership to look at the truck and test drive it 2 hrs. later I was driving the new truck home. Everything went smoothly Kasey made sure we didn't have any question before we left even standing in the rain he answered all our question as we ask thru the window not once did he try to rush us in any way. I Highly recommend this Dealership and Kasey.

When I had my car serviced, they detailed BOTH the inside and outside. I was VERY PLEASED because I was dreading doing in inside---it was full of my dog's hair. They did a wonderful job in a very timely manner. Thank you so much.
