Very unsatisfied
Very unsatisfied with this Ford. Called ahead to make an appointment because my ?check engine? light was on and needed to be checked. Asked how much in advance it was lady on phone said diagnostics was always $129. Said I could drop off my car on a Thursday at 930am. While dropping off my car with Frank he mentioned again $129 diagnostics, as well as another woman who was at a nearby desk. She was helping him access the computer and mentioned $129 fee. Didn?t hear back by Thur afternoon so I called to see status on when I could pick up my car. Said they haven?t even looked at it yet and they needed another day. Friday they called told me they still don?t know issue but that it?s now close to $300 because two hours diagnostics (which no one ever mentioned was by the hour) told him that?s not what I was told. He kept telling me well the car is taken apart if I didn?t want to pay they could stop the check and put it back together again without any answers. Which is really upsetting considering I brought it there and was already told I would know with the $129. By Friday evening frank called again to tell me it?s electrical issue that they need to keep my car till Monday to know exactly what the issue is. Didn?t even offer me a temporary car, when I asked they didn?t even have any at the time to offer. Monday they finally call and tell me they finally know the issue but it?s on a nation wide backorder and they can?t even get the part. They can?t tell me when it will even be available without ordering it which was over $500 just for the part. So now I?m stuck with my check engine light STILL on while living in NY and needing my car inspection complete by end September to avoid getting a ticket. Which I can?t even do because it will fail because light can?t be fixed. Had to pay the 2 hours diagnostics and still have nothing even fixed on my car. On top of this, frank kept telling me based on my coverage most likely the part will be covered, guess what?!! It?s definitely NOT covered. Not his fault but he shouldn?t pressure people into paying over what I was told diagnostics was, by telling my my car is already taken apart and not to worry cause ?most likely? it?s covered anyways. They had my car 6 days, nothing fixed, and cost me $290.

JUST BAD BUSINESS
Saleman shook my 17 year old sons hand congratulated him on his first used car wrote it on paper. Then says no deal. Could not believe what happened.

Just awful experience
I dont even know whereto begin how messed up this place is. I came with 1 and only 1 issue, the blower fan was not working, its a simple task to repair so i did swap my old one with the one i ordered from Autozone, but the blower was not the issue, so i turned to professional so i thought, after reading few reviews i was in doubt to go or not to, but i made a wrong choice, i thought what possibly can go wrong in official service. 3 minutes later after i left the service they called me and told that the issue is the blower and it needed to be replaced, i told them BEFORE that it was not the blower but they insisted that their mechanic knows best and decided to change it, well obviously 3 days later understood that blower is not the issue but charged me for the diagnosis and the fan anyway, then they did the diagnosis AGAIN, and charged me for that one too, that it was the panel which they waited for the WHOLE month to be delivered, when i finally lost my patience and ordered that part from ford my self they found the part in 30 minutes, but i declined the replacement and did it the right thing because the panel was not the issue. They upsale me some miracle maintenance which is not due for another 12k miles and nowhere it stated that it involves the transmission inspection, but they decided to check it anyway, because they good guys? NO because apparently i have the issue there, now when i put it drive the transmission makes a knock sound. Also i specifically told them NOT to change the oil because i always do it myself, so they disposed my aluminum "Professional Products" performance filter and replaced it with unknown kind and God knows what they used as oil, and Yes you guessed it right it leaks, so the car had 3 oil changes in 3 months, but what really kills me they didn't even reset the computer that oil was changed but of course put this cheap sticker on the windshield. Moving on, all recalls were done in like 2 hour period while i was on the way to pick up the truck, and i pretty sure that aluminum foil tape will prevent fire hazard recall issue, but thats for mechanics in NY service to decide, he said that bold recall on the seat was not even touched but mahwah ford marked as "DONE". And i think last but not least all front seats, wheel and panels are in OIL grease but they put the floor mat of weathertech liners ))) Well after the inspection on Ford in NY my layer advised me to run the lawsuit against this scammers which i will do based on inspection, and also will contact the Ford and BBB to file claim on them.
