Incredible Service

I went in to make an appointment for a recall. The appointment was made for the following week. After I asked how quickly an inspection could be done, I was told they'd try to get it all done (with the recall repair), but that it would take a couple hours or more. I was happy to wait, but it was all completed in just a little over an hour. Incredible service for my car and superb customer service!!

Great Service Department

We took my car in for the 50,000 mile service and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a quality service by people who care.

Best experience buying a vehicle I ever had

No pressure no bringing 2 or 3 different salespeople into the transaction Dennis was very professional and listened to me and never interrupted When I need another vehicle John Watso is where I go

Outstanding Job

I'm sending everyone that asks to John Watson. I've never had a better experience buying a car than I did this time. Peter Call is a breath of fresh air to the salesman force. Kind considerate and a wealth of information. I don't know about the goats milk though?

Outstanding sevice

Outstanding sevice! Could not ask for more. Fast and thorough, I will always use John Watson to service all my vehicles. It is also much less than the quick lube places. Very good, a must visit dealership.

Knowledgeable and professional staff

Andy Hellstrom was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I knew going in that I would be treated well and fairly as my family has purchased from them before. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the process was once I had decided on which vehicle to purchase. I also appreciated that the value of my trade-in could offset the cost of the repairs made to my old vehicle.

Service Department Open on Saturday!

This dealership's service department was open on Saturday unlike the other Chevrolet dealership in Layton, so I was able to make an appointment for the following Monday. The work was done in one day and under warranty.
