This place was wonderful. Brandon was very helpful and patient. Even when we kept him past closing, for my sons first car.

Everyone was polite and courteous. The things I did not like about the dealership was the very very hard SELL for additional warranties. The finance portion took so long because there was nothing I could do to get the finance person to move past the warranties. The other complaint I have is that the sales person once he was finished with me, he was finished. He hooked my phone up to Bluetooth, which I could’ve done on my own. Asked me if I had any other questions and sent me on my way, turns out I had lots of questions about climate control, and audiovisual. I guess I’ll just figure that out on my own. Someone needs to tell the salesforce that going over the options of the car is something that really should be very basic and should be done with everyone.I have bought four vehicles through this dealership over the years and primarily I’ve had decent experiences and I do like the service department. But I have to say my encounters around buying this car left me exhausted.

Easy to schedule my appointment and found the team easy to deal with and very good and communication and customer service.

Wait too long for service to install a bedliner that should of been done before we arrived and then the extra key was lost so we had to come back in and it took 2 hours to have a key made!!

A long time chevy customer but new to this dealership. Everyone was asking if I have been helped. The dealership is very clean. The service department is out standing and my service guy Anthony was very thorough on what needed to be done on my car and he was very polite.
