I have now done this five times and it has not gone through. This process is not user friendly.

I really appreciate Kayla for her compassion. Dedication to help me navigate through such a rough day.Helping me feel like she was actually there to help me relieve some of the stress and making sure that my car got looked at in a very timely manner evaluated and diagnosed specially being that I live 5 1/2 hours north of the dealership when my car broke down. I really appreciate her taking the extra time. As a dealership,Champion Hargreaves I commend their service department mechanics they were able to evaluate and diagnose my car. The next day called me ordered the parts and my car fixed the day after that I’m very appreciative that they were able to expedite fixing my car so quickly get me back on my way home thank you Also, I’d like to thank Eric Bowles we have been dealing with him for about 20 years now he is always so helpful pleasure to be speaking with and he always makes us feel like we’re important and if there’s an issue, he goes over and beyond to help us figure out how to rectify anything. Joh Howze did a great job of listening to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Checked in with me to see how my search was going but not to the point of being bothersome. The buying process was smooth and seamless.

Ahmad was amazing! Took the time to listen to what I wanted out of a new car and within my budget. Could not have asked for a better salesperson.

Tony my service advisor could not have been better, he explained any type of service suggestion and advised me regarding what my options were. He was considerate, respectful, informative, and my car was serviced on time as scheduled. He went above and beyond with regard to fixing my tire as well. I could not have asked for more.
