I love coming to the dealership to get my car serviced. Every time i go im I feel taken care of. I get updates and feedback and actually have a conversation and not just someone talking at me like other places. It's very inviting environment and everyone is so amazing. I really love all the Chevy advisors and technicians they are truly amazing.

Car repair covered because I purchased an extended warranty.

Wife oil change Tuesday. First thing tires have not been checked check oil over full coolant low Oil dripping off motor cover. And car wash sucks. Then notice dent left front fender. Look under car. Skid plate cover is broken. Gee did they even look at my car. Tires haven’t held pressure the time I bought the car. Very angry. I can’t get good service. This is the third time had oil over or low. 2nd time collant has not top off and the same with tires

Drove to Omaha to buy a car listed on the H&H website. When I arrived and asked to see the car, was told they had to find it, was taken into an office and asked questions about what I was looking for, after 1/2 hour of waiting was told they still could not find the car, but will call me. I waited around Omaha 4 more hours, I called 2 more time (once every 1 1/2-2 hours, was told still cannot find car will call me on Monday. I will not purchase from a dealer that does not appear to care about their customers, leave them hanging for four hours and how does a dealer that is in business to sell cars (lose car advertised on their website)
