Staff was very friendly greeted us outside before we even came in. Got us what we wanted not they wanted to sell us. Tony Montazeri was very informative and answered all of my questions. The 2 times I have been back to the dealership I was greeted at the door.

This dealership, Toyota of Warren is terrible. They would not let me take the car for a reasonable time for a test drive to see if it would be comfortable for me. They also would not let me take the car by myself. The dealership claims their insurance requires someone to be out in the car with me. I have bought numerous cars from other Toyota dealerships and was always allowed to take the time I needed to see if the car was right for me. Most offered an overnight or weekend. And I could take the car out alone. I found a car that I really liked at this dealership and would have liked to buy it if It was comfortable for me but did not feel welcome there and did not feel like I was treated like I should have been for being a potential customer. And this car was not cheap, about $40,000 with tax. I need to be sure it would have met my needs but was not given the opportunity to see if it would have worked out for me. Looks like I will take my money elsewhere where I am treated like I deserve to be treated. All I wanted form these people was part of the day to drive the car and they were just not interested in letting me have it for that amount of time. So they lost out on my business. I will never go back there.

Tony Montazeri is a rockstar when it comes to selling cars. Not only does he know Toyota but he knows every type of car out there to give you advice on. I highly recommend using Tony to buy your next car, i’m a tough person to please and I’m giving him a five star!!! Thanks again for all your work!

Tony Montazeri not only got me a better deal than other dealers, he was also able to get me a brand new 2022 Sienna Platinum loaded with my preferences and custom ordered even cheaper than that! Toyota of Warren also didn’t charge the market adjustment fee that other dealers were. Tony and I would speak weekly – sometimes more, regarding updates with my order and to answer any questions I had about the process. He was very patient with me as I anxiously await for my new arrival to be manufactured. He and his team made me feel like family. I would definitely recommend Tony when looking to buy a car :)
